I hope once I get to college I study aviation engineering and engineering in general.
Being a pilot is one of my Life-Long dreams.
I Love to play gmod, especially on RP Servers like RS.
I Used to be staff on 9 other servers, and am in an interview phase to be an MRP Moderator.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I Wanna Join forum staff because I wanna help out the best I can, Am already in a phase of staff interview for MRP If I get accepted, I can help out on the forums and in-game, Which is really great for me, I also think the forum staff is interesting with lots of stuff to it, Some people say otherwise but forums are large and need help moderating, which I can do, I've also watched some tutorial videos so am ready to help if I do get accepted, I've actually met some people who think forum staff arent important and the owner can just manage it ALL on his own, Which is ofcourse wrong.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I Can bring Fairness, Less tiredness to the other forum staff, Some help on the forums if needed, I'll also be really active on here because I Just finished exams, But Most importantly, The Forums are a target of some malicious things, I Can help prevent it, some people like to mass post and ruin the forum pages, some people just go full racist on the shoutbox, Some people even threaten to DDOS, I Can help to prevent these things if I get picked to be apart of forum staff, and why not take a little extra help?
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): Now, Am not saying am better than any other applicants here, That's not true, I should be picked over other applicants because I feel like I know the forums more than the others, and some other applicants just don't care if they get into the staff team or not, They just apply to test if they can get accepted or not, Now am not saying all of the applicants are like that, but I've seen some like that. Now I feel like I am a good choice for the forum staff team because I am available at almost all the times, If am not its probably because I've got doctors appointment or am out with the fam. So am Really active, And exams are nowhere in sight for me so.
Do you staff on any other servers?: On this community, Am in the interview phase of MRP, But other communities No.
How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): All the time, all I do all day is sit on Forums, Youtube or Gmod, So.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): Yes, Which is from 4 AM Gmt to 11 AM Gmt. So I'll be available. But I'll be active.
How active will you be on the community’s TS?: I'll be Really active, From when I wake up till I sleep.
Do you meet all of the requirements?: Yes.
Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended: Well, First of all, I'll look at how bad the situation is, If its a really heated argument or if its a simple 1-1 thing, First of all, I would like them to explain to me what happened, Through there, If it's really heated, I would Tell them to stop fighting, If they continue in the same heated manner or continue at all, I would Warn them/Close the thread they're fighting in.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50 words recommended): Depends on how non-SFW it is, If its Murder/Gore Or something like porn, I'll just delete it instantly and immediately ban him/her with a talk first, If its really bad that is, If there's no gore or porn shown in the photo but some small thing caught in the photo I would delete it myself or ask them to, If its just some people being racist and other people taking offense I would Forum-Warn them.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 words recommended): First of all, I would just Screenshot it and send it to a higher up of the server/community and wait for it to be reviewed and they can Decide what to do with them, which is most likely a ban or something like that/Demotion.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 words recommended): Lower Ranks/Normal players, I would Warn them and tell them to stop harassing, If they do continue harassing am gonna have to ban them, But if its a higher-up staff member I would Screenshot/Video it and send it to a higher up and wait for the higherups decision on what to do with the violator, But of course I'll have to delete the Messages on the Thread/Shoutbox used to harass The player/staff/Me. Then continue with the normal forum staff stuff.
