I am the arbiter and also I was specially chosen this job from the General Manger of Halo to be this job sense the old arbiter could not lead the SoS correctly

Were not even in Halo 5
The Halo 3 Arbiter would make more sense as we are more near the Halo 3 timeline then 343's
On top of that the phenotype of the Halo 5 Arbiter is 343s yet the Sangheili in the SoS are the Reach/Halo 3 Phenotype Elite
