Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am really understanding and will try my best to help defuse the situation to the best of my abilities. I will figure out what is going on first and make my decision accordingly. I will not punish people who do not deserve it.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I will help keep the minges in check and make sure that those who are not minges are not affected by the minges' actions. That way the server can be more fun and more professional. That way, everyone can have fun without worry.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from everyone else from my ability to listen to reason but as well to not be easily dissuaded. Also in my ability to be nice to everyone but have the energy that just makes people trust you, it'll be easy for me to help defuse situations

Explain what minging is: Minging is where a player decides to be a nuisance and cause mischief and mayhem. It's an english slang term that has become well known on normal non-english servers, By english I mean from england.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): I would give them two chances before kicking them. Pulling them aside and discussing it with them. But if they persist after the two warning, I'll kick them. If the join back and decide to keep minging, I'll ban them for a few days
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is when someone tries to rp an event that is unprobable to have your character in. For example, jumping off of buildings, or RDMing
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would take the person aside and talk to them about it. I will give them 2 warnings before a kick is issued

I would pull them both aside and try to resolve the conflict.
