Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): Im currently enrolled in a college with a schedule that will make availability on Wednesdays impossible, and I have some previous experience as a mod on another server which operated differently to yours. That server is now shut down however.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I live in a rural area which limits my wifi a bit, and I have some extra-curriculars and a job to attend to. I currently have school monday to thursday with my schedule being free on most fridays. My personal life is kinda bland beyond that but I might take a few nights to myself and some friends and ignore the server when those times come around, I'll post LOA whenever these events happen.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I held a mod position on 2 servers called Cryosignal, and Shadowcult, both being starwars RP servers. We were only expected to handle IC matters and small things like HP setting and Sits in the mod positions and I understand your mods have to respond to any call they see if they aren't busy.

How will your activity be on the server? Almost every day I can get on for a range of 1 - 4 hours
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): Wednesdays I might be completely unavailable, on other weekdays I will have 6 to 9 Available to me on most occasions. Fridays and the weekend I have no pre-arranged responsibilities

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I pay attention for a good amount of my time to the Chat and understand important server rules such as the regulations to PAC privileges, the rules against advertisement, the difference between IC and OOC, "cheese", I know a good bit of the people on the server and have explored most of the certifications and regulations to each job (I.E the Engineers of the UNSC are not allowed to work on SoS vehicles or equipment, Some jobs have access to tools that are restricted to others such as Bullfrog and Valkyrie receiving jetpacks and Swordfish receiving aircraft during missions.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): As most other staff would. I should work to uphold the values and rules of the server while policing and working out issues among players. The server has to be in a shape that new players believe they are accepted and watched over by the staff, and I feel I can fit that role nicely. It would not be out of mind to observe how others do their jobs and improve myself as well.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I value the experience of the player above all else. For instance, if a part of staff is using their permissions and tools to screw with people for the sake of it, or in the worst case scenario: enjoyment, I would not hesitate to tell them off regardless of their position.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Verify first that the client is minging, then lets say they were propblocking the army bunks, I would warn them out of doing what they are doing, mentioning the offence and punishment, and if they argue it or continue to do activities which ruin RP and players fun, kick them or ban them depending on if its a reoccurring offence.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: An action that a player does which is contrary or improbable to the course of who they play in character
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would likely take the same course of action as I would with minging, A warn through a sit, along with a description of their offence, and a way to correct it, and if they choose to ignore it, kick or ban again depending on the number of offences.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM stands for Random death match, wherein someone initiates a fight with intent to kill someone without arranging or asking permission to do so. It is usually done for no reason and has no impact on RP. This is often done at debriefings or in highly populated areas.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A player decides to kill the speaker at debrief. I come in and talk to the people around the area to find out what happened if I wasn't there then I would kick the guy for being a jackass.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling and minging are very similar but the difference is Trolling has Full intent to demean or destroy RP at any point the troll can. They will capitalize on opportunities in hopes of getting a laugh or ruining someones day.

Verify first that the client is trolling, then lets say they were taking ships from Naval and the SoS, I would warn them out of doing what they are doing, mentioning the offence and punishment, and if they argue it or continue to do activities which ruin RP and players fun, kick them or ban them depending on if its a reoccurring offence.

OOC: Out of Character, meaning the things said or done are not to be documented or used in an RP context.
IC: In character, meaning that anything said or done is entirely RP related and can be used for or against the character.
Somebody saying ONI has an elite captive in OOC does not mean that people can run to the gates and scream free my guy.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): The spartans had a trainee walking out in the forest on an excersize where they are not permitted to talk in radio or voice. Naval aviation is scouting after the URF attack and a pilot who is still in the airfield is complaining he doesn't have a ship. The Spartan trainee is killed by the Aviation that are in the air because he cannot prove his identity. The spartans needless to say get angry and decide to witch hunt the people responsible and accomplish the task with ease. The pilot on the ground then justifies the actions of the other pilots saying that even though the trainee couldnt talk, it didn't mean he could not have used morse or some other type of communication, and while the one on the ground spews out justifications the spartans fire insults and backlash with most of the pilots points being contested. The pilot who was unaffilitiated with the murder is threatened with a PK, and he continues anyway. The spartans react with exactly the punishment aforementioned and PK him. Personnally I would void the PK, Warn the spartans and report it to their head to see what he thinks, and talk to the Pilots about the Rules of engagement and let them know that OOC is not to be used as a judge. Finally, mention that If they deem a punishment to be improper they should take it up with faction heads or staff, not fill OOC with trash talk.
