Hello everyone. I have only been playing for a few days but I do have a suggestion that could potentially give players something to do during the slow times.
My idea is a “light” court system that would primarily be a Role Play experience. Above I have attached a quick sketch of my concept, sorry if my hand writing is a little hard to read.
The basic idea is that a court session could be held (in briefing room?) when events are not running. Players would be able to volunteer for jury duty. The player charged with a crime would be able explain his actions and plead guilty or innocent. Each type of crime is split up into levels of severity that mirror alert status. After the trial the judge, who is the highest ranking volunteer online, would decide on a punishment.
Levels of severity
Red- Mass kill, glitching or cheating.
Yellow- Murder, disobedience, entering of restricted area.
Green- Disrespect, Role Play incident like drinking on duty, generally being a pain.
Punishments
Red- Permanent Ban, Timed Ban
Yellow- Kick, rank strip, execution.
Green- Prison time, guard duty or menial work.
Let me know what you think, I think this could be a fun Role Play opportunity that would be fairly easy to implement. I think it could also allow new players to better understand the rules of the game and allow a discussion if a ban is in question. If anyone likes this idea I would be willing to help execute it. Thanks!
