As I've noticed day in and day out. ENG is as most are saying a dead division that's not being controlled with reason as most of their duties are undesigned within the regiments. The fathomable title of ENG is basically being dragged in the mud where no division should be. As per saying this, I'd like to make a few suggestions, some being utterly conflicting to reality, but still a suggestion to things.
Suggestions:
- Give ENG a bit more priority on actual mission usage (Find scraps for FOB, fix something, hack something, etc).
- Change permissions of certain ranks. Some aren't able to do anything as I've heard.
- Enlist more/Rank up ENG personell (I've been trying to get into ENG for a LONG while).
- Give ENG a proper job within the server. Create problems ENG need to fix as they were meant to do.
- Generate proper documents of training, regulations, and etc for higher command to review and agree it's usage for field ops.
- Enforce check ups of all higher ups of any divisional occupational director (ENG, MED, etc) to provide a more sustaining force.
There could be more to produce, but I'm mainly only trying to create a conclusive arguement for ENG and their revivial. I would be glad to take a position of an ENG Leader, but I know that it takes time and work to get their. Plus I know some people would possibly be hurt by the fact that a LCPL with a basic post for ENG will advance immediately up to ENG Leader. Although the decisions are yours to make without hesitations, or arguementations. I place my case that ENG needs help, but I further to see some advancements on the this post at hand.
