I have passions such as but not limited to airsofting, making youtube videos, eating, and playing video games. Pet wise I own 154 roly polies, 4 slugs, 2 snails, 2 fishes, 5 worms,1 cat, and one dog.

Roblox (Nuclear roleplay server I was a admin for about 2 years), and I was also staff for some discord groups (Several months). Majority of the servers died out.

I have gotten a 5 day ban from halo roleplay over a year ago due to me and my friend being immature, again I back stabbed him in the back thus killing him, also I pressed a button during a event and set off a nuke.
How will your activity be on the server? On average I dump about 30 hours a week into halo roleplay servers and I don't expect it to drop below 20 hours a week.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I will be available monday-friday from 3:00 P.M.
to 9 P.M. and weekends are random I can either go from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM or to 12:00 P.M. to 3 P.M.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am a better candidate compared to others because I am active nearly everyday of the week, I have years worth of experience being a staff, I'm a polite, accommodating, and understanding person. When it comes to being level headed I'm the best there is cause no one can get to me and I won't blow my cool and just proceed into a shouting spree (like how I see some situations evolve too). I not only have experience staffing myself but I have gained experience in watching others deal with chaotic situations such as ERP, RDM, and minging. Also I know a good amount when it comes to Halo lore.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I intend on benefitting the server by placing my best foot forward, implementing all my knowledge on being staff to good use providing a non-biased viewpoint no matter the situation, not abusing my power in no way whatsoever, and giving fair punishments to people who would break the rules.
Overall I just plan on being calm, respectful,understanding and bring justice to the server.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I stand out from others cause the way I act, talk, and treat others. I act appropriately, and I always do my best to tailor to everyone's needs. Talking wise I talk to everyone as if they are equal no matter their rank, voice, or attitude. I also treat others as if they are customers at my convenience store seeing what they require and meeting their needs.

Explain what minging is: Minging in similar to FailRP in the sense that it's creating a disturbance, except minging is just being repulsive, disobeying, being unrealistic, as well as being disrespectful a example is someone ear raping their mic or spamming cheese in the text chat.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): If I were to be notified/catch someone earraping their mic then I would bring them to me or go to them, and ask them to chill out letting them go with a warning telling him that next time he will be kicked from the server, if I catch wind that he was blowing into his mic purposely then that's when I'll bring him and tell him that I've warned him then proceed to kick the earraper I'd notify him that next time there'd be a ban. If he comes back to the server and earrapes then that's when I'd issue a 1-3 day ban depending on the severity {whether its racist, or offensive in any way}
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FAILRP is when someone breaks lore boundaries or just doesn't roleplay properly, a example of this is when someone metagames, metagaming is when someone knows the outcome of something without any logical reason, or when someone takes ooc information and utilizes in the normal roleplay. I.E. *BLASTS UNDERCOVER URF AGENT'S BRAINS OUT*.

Depending on the severity of the FailRP for this example we'll say that the person in question is a loud annoying ignorant dude, AB John and AMN James So James was out and about transporting troops in his little pelican turns out he was transporting undercover URF troops,the URF members jumped him before he could do anything and was stripped of his comms and equipment. Little did URF know James and John were in a discord call James tells John Via discord that he has been jumped and needs help. John comes to Jame's rescue and radios in that John has been overrun by undercover URF members. At that point I'll void his action and teleport to John and ask him how he knew. If he gives me attitude, argues with me, and I feel like he is lying to me then I'll hit him with that kick. If he's honest, then I'll let him off with a warning. If he failRps again then I'll ban him for 3-5 days depending on the severity.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I have a zero tolerance for RDMers, here's the example a PVT joins the server gets trained the second he spawns in he makes a B-line straight towards the hallways going a 5 person murdering spree I'd bring him away from the crowds people (probably bringing him on top of the station)tell him off and ban him. For RDMs I have a special equation You take the number 2 and multiply it by the amount killed so if he killed 5 he'd be ban for 10 days if he leaves before I issue the ban then it won't matter cause I'll have his steam ID.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): So say I'm overwatching a training and a dude is being ignorant purposely saying master chief, or repeatedly asking for a gun or what does UNSC stand for I will give him 3 warning before it turns into a kick, if I see that he is still asking questions that have no relevance to the situation then that's when it turns into a kick, he joins the server I will notify him that next time I'll won't hesitate to ban him. If I catch him or recieve a complaint then I'll dish out a 3 day ban.

OOC: OOC {out of character} is simply that, someone that isn't currently roleplay but speaking outside of roleplay matters whether it'd be asking questions or correcting someone's mistake they have made IC. OOC comments should not be taken as if it was said or done IC, everything done/said in OOC is coming from the person themselves not from their ingame character.
IC: IC {incharacter} is when someone is acting like someone who isn't their IRL selves taking on their ingame character's role. A example of this is if someone is injured and they are crying out for help, it shouldn't be taken personally meaning you shouldn't call 911 cause someone is injured in game.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If two people bring OOC beef into IC beef then I'd bring the two people to a sit and see what their issue was, and if they could resolve it in anyway once hearing stories from both side I'll let them off with a warning and return both parties. If the fighting was to continue then I'd bring them to a sit and tell them to cut it out or else both of them will be kicked if they even mention the beef, I'd force them to apologize to each other.
If they still for some reason fight in IC then I'd notify their COs of their wrong doings and have them separated and then I'll kick them telling them that it will turn into a ban. If they come back still hot headed I will issue a 4 day ban.
