Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
The answer to this question is a bit iffy as there will always be someone better at your job in many different aspects of it. I believe I would be better at creating new and interesting way to fight enemies. I am very flexible to feedback and have an easy time with adapting and overcoming obstacles that come with this job position. I also play a lot of Dungeons and Dragons which I usually play as the Dungeon Master so I have history with world building and adapting to what the players may do and changing the story accordingly, making a backlog of multiple ideas that move in multiple directions so that I can reuse ideas in the future.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan to try and make interesting events on the daily to better understand what they enjoy and then play around with it to figure out if they would enjoy something new. My hopes in bringing at least one-two off worlds a day is to attract more people onto the server and grow our community.

To provide fun and constant events that will make people engaged and tell their friends to join in turn making our community bigger and better.

Its a silent day on the station when all of a sudden a voice comes in the intercoms of a man screaming then being shot in the head. Footsteps could be heard as a mans voice could be heard. "Hello UNSC, wonderful day isn't it? Ill make this short and simple. You have taken something very very dear to me and for that I will make you pay. Good luck." As soon as the transmission is over an URF frigate comes out of slip space and fires upon the station. Troops from the frigate will be dropped onto the station to gas it and leave. The frigate will fight until its needs to escape or is destroyed. If destroyed the man will come back on to voice his frustration and then leave, giving a better chance at finding his location. once it does a briefing will be called.
The players will be taken to a planet named Parable which is currently taken over by the URF splinter group. The players will have to liberate different areas in which each group will need to take out high health bosses with set mechanics and have the chance to retrieve information. They will be able to take an URF scientist hostage for later interrogation to figure out where their head is. Once all areas are liberated then they will fight and kill The man leading this URF group (Though it will be a fake doppelganger) and then exit the planet, returning to the station. If one set of data is retrieved then the location will be given, If two sets are found then secret weapons will be discovered so the UNSC can plan ahead.
An hour or two on the station goes by until the leader figures out that his planet was destroyed and makes further contact with the UNSC informing them on their "Mistake" and then cuts out.
[SPLIT 1] Depending on what they learned from who they interrogated or if they retrieved the two sets of information. They will learn about the URF splinter group trying to use flood spores as a bioweapon to use it as a bargaining chip against the UNSC. All UNSC Special ops group with suppressed weapons will go behind enemy lines, disguised as the enemy to steal the bioweapon and destroy it while everyone else stays on the other ship disguised as URF forces so they can steal the ship schematics and lead the special operations groups on where the bioweapon is.
[SPLIT 1.1] The UNSC succeed in getting the bioweapon and either destroy the Halcyon or just leave and in the next few hours. The station will be attacked again by the same forces to kill the highest ranking such as was their goal or to retrieve the bioweapon once more if not originally destroyed.
[SPLIT 1.2] The UNSC will fail and URF forces will invade the Frigate and try to kill the special ops on the halcyon. The Flood bioweapon will be released on the Halcyon and someone will need to sacrifice themselves to blow it up. If tthe halcyon blows up then thats the end of the splinter group. If it is not destryed then the flood spread from the halcyon to the planet it crashes on and a new event begins
[SPLIT 2] The UNSC don't know about the bioweapon and its either give up their highest rank on station or else they will release into a nearby planet.
[SPLIT 2.1] The highest rank gets handed over and executed. The URF forces will then invade the station to wipe out anyone else on it. Once the URF are dead, the splinter group will end as well putting an to the URF splinter group. The Leader will be a boss with boss mechanics.
[SPLIT 2.2] The UNSC will refuse and the URF splinter group will release the flood spores onto the planet then attack the station. Once the forces are cleared. The UNSC will be tasked with going to the planet and contain the little amount of flood there. Flood bosses will be on planet.
Boss attack cooldown: (ONI/Spartans: 2 seconds, Freelancers: 3 seconds, ODSTs: 5 seconds, Army/Naval: 7 seconds, Marines: 10 seconds/ will be adjusted accordingly. if two groups are merged then go with the group that takes less time)
Boss mechanics: (Bosses will have to announce their action and wait a certain amount of time depending on group before taking it)
Air Force: (During bosses, AF will take to the skies to provide air support where needed)
Boss transition: (Depending on how easily the boss is defeated, the boss may change stages into a stage 2-4 where they will equip different weapons to use and can use a stage transition if wanted. The boss will noclip and god into the sky while the people fighting the boss will get a chance to heal. while godded and noclipping, the boss wont be able to attack but can spawn npcs to attack for them as a boss mechanic)
Special forces: (For the forces going behind enemy lines, It will include; Cerberus, ONI, rhino, and Gig
Liberating areas: (Could mean a possible map change depending on if the frigate was destroyed or not.)
Jetpacks are allowed to Jetpack units with exclusion to the bioweapon retrieval event if the bioweapon retrieval event is started.
