Kinda important when something is broken broken. HaloRP announcements is for there stuff, breaks are slightly larger. When it comes to any server breaking I'll make mention of it here.

halo announcments are for when i or another higher up announces something like a small change in Halo, if the server goes down or breaks entirely it goes to community
