Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words): I really can't give you a good answer here because no matter how you look at this question technically everyone is wrong because there's always someone better at the job all I can say is I'm determined to learn from past mistakes and do better than before. I’m also very very determined and willing to learn new ways to do a certain type of events like horror or morally questionable events that either play to the bloodlust of many or makes them actually think how this may come back to bit them in the ass
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):To continue to use my creative mind to either create new way for events, RP’s, and passive rp. I wanna come up with stories again that get the players excited to go on my missions that makes them wanna fight to the ending and then some to show that not every order is to be followed like a mindless soldier.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than a cloak, ban, Kick, Warn, TP, Maul, Slay, Gag,):
noclip=flying in around and under the map
!giveammo= gives ammo a lot or a little bit of ammo to either A group of plays or a single player
!cleardecals= basically removes body and props that aren't perma propped to keep a server from lagging
!bring= brings a player to you
!return= puts the player you brought back to where you brought him from
!mute= mutes the mic spammers and minges
!strip= removes all gear from player/players
!freeze= freezes ppl from who left admin sit or running away
!armor= give a group of players or play a certain amount of armour
!model sets a player to a certain model

OOC is speaking out of character speaking as your irl self

Pelican will show up and crash just behind the UNSC base with no survivors but a intact black box that shows where it's taken off from. When they search the survivors they will find a data pad with blue and red blood on it and security footage. At this time a Captain Zenaku of UNSC Wolf-Vengeance will show up to ask the base to investigate a small town that human and Sangheili have settled in that have gone dark.
When resurrection Forces get their they will find some places utterly destroyed but will move to the small town where they will find body’s and some human/sangheili eating bodys of the dead the cannibals will attack unsc and try to eat them.once the place is clear they will check it out and find the security cameras still in tact when they check security cam footage they find URF presence on planet. And when they check the houses they find 3 kids hiding in a barricaded house.
At this time URF will show themselves and begin fighting for UNSC pelicans and try to dock with the UNSC Wolf-Vengeance if the URF are successful they will leave with it. Leaving the UNSC to call for for help. But if the UNSC stops the URF they can return home.
Did any current Gamemaker refer you to apply? If so who?
I Hati Agree and understand that I am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties unless there is 0 staff on, I will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Hati, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behaviour and demeanour. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I, Hati, Swear to uphold the server rules and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's. And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I Hati am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
