Subjects to Acknowledge:
1. Fleet Admiral controls all of commanders and work on the server
2. People of equal rank may not command the other equal ranks
3. Punishments such as demotions and Court Marshals may be dealt to rule-breakers
4. If lower-ranks refuse to acknowledge higher-ups, same punishments will be dealt

Gray Areas:
1. Spartans are to be commanded by only ONI S3, ONI Director, or the Fleet Admiral
2. SoS and HoJ rule by their own means
3. Freelancers are directed commanded by the Freelancer Director Montana and ONI Director

Great Question! Command Actual and Baseplate will reside with the GOMC (Command Actual) and SMMC (Baseplate)
GM Event characters are not referred too in terms of focus in ranks, as they are non-permanent.
Emily would therefore be considered the Fleet Admiral at the time of arrival unless she steps down

We should definitely get together. I have been very behind the scenes, mainly due to home work and college applications. once those are submitted (deadline is coming up) you'll definitely see me around, and I already have several plans of for training exercises and drills written down. marines will have plenty of work to do when I am on (and hopefully others will initiate as well). My focus will be digging into an immersive military base feeling, and cut the time marines spend unoccupied between events dramatically.
