Any info we should know about you(Something that may affect staffing): I work 4 days a week from Friday to Sunday 4 hours at most.
Tell us About Your-self(1 Small Paragraph Minimum): I am an old and experienced player from revivals SCP server back in the day. I am hard working and loyal and i sometimes DM DnD sessions and partake in them. I don't mind getting my hands dirty and will follow any order i am given as long as it follows the rules.
How Long Have You Been On The Server? (Min 5 Days): I don't know to be accurate but around a month

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I used to be HGM of Revivals SCP and a staff HA on Aurora servers back in the day.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why? I was nearly banned by whiplash or dayz (I don't remember) For having a voice changer.
How will your activity be on the server? I am on everyday (Usually) and if i am staff that wont really change
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): It depends. I am not sure of the staff rules like "taking sits while on a job" but if i needed to do situate Staffing for a day then it would most likely be for 2-3 Hours a day.

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I am an extremely hard working and dedicated person who HATES corruption with a burning passion. I know what servers need (In the scene of the sniffing out problems with servers) and i like to speak my mind when i see something i feel as wrong or incorrect. I enjoy leading others and (i hope) do a damn good job at it to. I am loyal to any job i take part in and am always happy to help out others when in need.

I, <Hosten>, have acknowledged that I have read the constitution for Revival Servers at http://revivalservers.com/constitution/ and fully understand how to abide by the rules
I,<Hosten>, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I <Hosten> am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I <Hosten>also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
I <Hosten> Acknowledge that this app may be denied or approved for a number of reasons. And that I will not retaliate if denied, and if accepted I will not flaunt it around in other's faces, that I will remain calm and cool-headed.
I <Hosten> swear that if I commit any acts, such as Violating Community Standard's Or Acts Such as Treason Towards the Server Or Community, I can and will be removed from Staff and Banned From Revival Servers, as it is a Just Punishment for Crimes committed.
