I cant get on the Halo RP Server

Hey, I've been trying to get on the Halo rp server for months now. And I've downloaded every "Revival Servers Content Pack" there is. Even the 2019 one in the Connection issues thread. And its pissing me off because every single time I try to join it times me out in the "Starting Lua" screen. Will someone help me please. I would have come here earlier but I didn't know Revival had a website.

Did you restart GMod after installing the content pack?

Yes. Sorry for not answering earlier, It takes like 40-60 minutes for it to crash after I try to get on.
But yes I did restart.

ive been having the same issue with gmod recently, i think maybe the september update is breaking gmod for people
