Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): I’m James Bond, I’ve been here for nearly 9 months. Was forum staff for 6 along with server staff across RS. I have been an EL for the past 3 months. I normally play VietnamRP. I have no life and am a Volunteer Police Officer. I also am an umpire.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I would like to join the forum staff team because I feel as if my past experience can be brought to the staff team, and that I can help make a stronger, and better staff team. The forum staff team in my opinion is one of the best staff teams as there isn’t nearly as much drama within, and I would love to be a part of that again.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can bring my past experience. I was forum staff for about 5 or 6 months, and I know what I am doing. I can help new forum staff if they need assistance and overall I am professional in the workplace. I will be one of your best staff members, and will never let you down. You ask me to do something, I do it. I am a very obediant person and you will not have problems with me following orders. I am a good person to work with and I am very understanding. If people are going through issues i will be there to help because I know what thats like. These are what I wikk bring to the forum staff team.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): Well i mean, hey, if you want to pick someone else, by all means do. The only thing i have on most people is experience. Which is all you can really ever have more of isnt it? There may be people out there who deserve this position more than me, and im okay with that. However I do have a lot of experience even with this community, and like i said before, i know what im doing.

Tell them to stop arguing and take it to the DMs it I lock the post. If it’s in the SB I tell them to stop or I’ll warn them, then eventually ban from the SB.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended)
Remove the post and warn them. If it happens again ban them.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) I’m guessing “SM” is now “GM”, and I’d tell them to stop and if they continue I’d ban them from the SB.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) I would punish the harasser accordingly to the severity of the situation.
