Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): My Name Is Fernando, and i like to play gmod alot. I like to spend my free time playing on DarkRp server mostly, but now that i have some extra free time i feel i should dedicate it to a better cause like serving this wonderful community.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): I want to join the Forum Staff Team Because i work well with others, I want to serve in this community again because it gives me a chance to build a better relationship with other players and staff members. And I miss being a part of a big community that is very well maintained and has such great Leaders.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): I can Bring to the Forum's, Unbiased opinions on many situations that others might find difficult or challenging. I can also bring a very good and Professional attitude towards the players in the community even if they aren't Being Very Respectful or trying to break the rules. I can be very Playful when the situation calls for it, and other times i can be very serious and dedicated to what im doing when things dont go the way they're supposed to.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): You should pick me over other applicants because, i have been Forum staff for this community before and i have held other high positions as well. I have very good experience in the forums and i know i can handle most, if not all situations that come my way. I think this is a good way to show my dedication and appreciation for this community and all that is has done for me. I wont let the community down and i will stay true to the values of it.

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): i will check the forums everyday as much as i can

How active will you be on the community’s TS?: everyday whenever im on the forums or any server

Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended) I will try to calm the situation and ask both of the parties what i going on. Then i will proceed to get boths sides of the story and effectively handle the situation in the most professional way possible with both sides leaving the situation resolved. and if there is still a problem after that i will proceed to deal with the the situation with any disciplinary action if necessary.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended) I would PM the person who wrote the message and ask them if they could just not use as many vulgar words as it might offend someone in the community or one of the staff members. If the problem continues i will message the person again telling them the consequences that might follow if they keep doing it. and if that doesn't get there attention i will give them a warn or temporary ban depending on the extent of the things said.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) i would Probably go to the SM and ask them what the heck they are doing and obviously respecting there position ask them in a professional way not to say that kind of things as it will most likely offend someone the people in the community and give the community a Bad Rep. If it continues i will take action in giving them a disciplinary warning, and if that doesn't resolve it a temp or perm ban depending on the extent of the things said.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) I would take the Situation very seriously and i would go to the person that is harassing and tell them that is is unacceptable behavior in this community and continue to monitor the individuals post and messages that he might send to other people in the community. If the problem ensues i will have no problem giving them a temp ban and/or a permanent one depending on the extent of damage to the community as a result of his/her post or messages.
