Now if you are very back then with me, you would know that I really do mean this. I want to finally RP seriously just like I did in MRP..when I was MSGT. yeah I know one of you shitheads was about to say it. Anyways usually I mingle because something passed me off (Cough) or someone (Cough), or I see a time to say something for suits and giggles. When people call me a edge lord or a meme I respond with a general reassuring agreement but really I've been lying.

I actually dislike minging or making jokes about Colt Miller or Benny. I don't like to see someone or something hurt from my doing. I was like this in MRP as staff when someone decided to minge in formation, I'd usually shoot them to tell them to cut the shot or just kick. I've minged a lot recently, because now it's usually the only to get around with people you see. I use to be the RPer that would fucking shit talk you for making a obvious mistake and I'd them to cut the bullshit. If there is something you don't see wrong in that, I'll tell you what it is. A lot of times staff express enforcing rules the wrong way, no I'm not saying staff doesn't enforce rules I'm saying how they express the ways they enforce rules. If you don't know what I mean, here is an example of a good expression and a bad one.

"Hey, you should take a look at the rules before making involvement with the rules. Since what you did was kill someone for no reason, that is called RDM (Random Deathmatch) which is against the rules, now I'm going to let you off with a warning. Just make sure you are following the correct rules, do you understand?"

That is a good genuine example to express rule enforcement, now here is the difference.

"Hey, between you and me I think you should quit the bullshit RDM, or I'm going to kick you."

Now that's just going to drive the player to either RDM more, complain or leave. Now that is a talking down expression of enforcing rules the one that I used a lot and you guessed never end up well. The way you express a enforced rule is important, because that's how the perpetrator will decide his ways. A lot of staff, use this and say

"Well if he wants to RDM then he gets banned. Not my fault."

No it's actually you're fault when you talk down someone, you make them feel smaller than what they really are or less of an importance. Which leads to minging and RDMing, I'm not saying this is why I mingle I did it for shits and giggles. But this expression to rule enforcement play a big factor in server population, because talkimg down someone as staff makes you look like a duck and no user wants a asshole staff member which turns people to leave. But again somehow that staff member doesn't feel guilty for talking down someone who didn't deserve it, now this only goes for things like one RDM or minging. When it comes to arguments or a mass RDM, just a simple kick or ban should do it and not just talk down someone in front of all of the users.

Well that's just my opinion on that but what I really want to say is I rather go back to detailed serious RP now than to make jokes about how PotatoKing's character have beards longer than Benny excuses.

If you see a word that says minting it's actually minging, sorry auto-correct.
