Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): I have ADHD but I take medication to control it.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am calm and collected most of the time. I can get excitable when doing my job as staff or in events. I dislike mass RDM, Heavy Mingery, and disrespect when people have earned their rank. I am very reasonable when it comes to punishment and I like to listen to both sides of the story so I don't make a wrong move by banning or kicking a wrong person. I believe in the process of innocent until proven guilty and will not make a massive decision without proof or evidence. Oh, I also like pizza.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): 1 year and 6 months (since snow map)
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: I can get a little on down time but I usually move to a dark RP server to deal with it. I see serious RP as a way to concentrate and not fool around too much.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I will do my hardest to work and preform beyond and above to my highest abilities. I will push most of my time to the server and being the best staff member that I can be. I will do my best to make the server the best and make sure minges and other problems as so will stay away from the server. I follow the words of a great man, “Don't wish it were easier. Wish you were better.” - Jim Rohn. I believe that's how everyone should be in a world of ease and comforts.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I will benefit the server by including a bit more strictness to FailRP and Mingery. I will work my hardest to benefit the server and its population have a wonderful experience and ease of comfort that staff will be watching over them. I want the people who play on the server to not fear of a person Mass RDMing people and worry about the dreaded "cheese". For I believe that the people should and can put their trust in staff to protect them and keep them safe from minges.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I show confidence in my choices and decisions, once I get evidence. I am polite and kind to people and give each person a chance to tell their side of the story. I will not jump to conclusions and will not favor a side if they are a friend, loved one, or lover. I will ensure that the decision is absolute and that nothing will cause problems in the future. I will always ask questions to ensure that I make the right decisions every time. I believe I stand out than others do to these traits that I have placed here.

Explain what minging is: Mingery is the act of minging which consists of Mic spam, screaming at the top of the lungs over mic, punching people, and tazing or doing things that shouldn't be done.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): A player has just tazed staff or another player for no given reason and the problem has been ticketed by the victim. I would first accept the ticket and asked what happened?, who tazed them?, and if they have any evidence of the tazing. I will also look up the punishment for ban or kick when recommended.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is the act of not being in character or preforming an action that consists to not be able in real life or for their Character. This also means that it can inform to any and every faction or group. FailRP also consist of ruining a players emersion when I comes to RP situations.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A marine is as tall as a Spartan and they make a ticket for staff to deal with it. I would answer the ticket and deal with the situation by asking him if he has gotten permission to be that height. If yes, ask RP manager if true. If no, then politely ask him to please change the size of his model and stick to his required pac restrictions. If followed again a kick. If again recommended ban time.

OOC: OOC is Out Of Character which is the act of speaking out of RP or Situation. It can cause problems with meta gaming and so on.
IC: In character which is the act of talking in RP or in Situation. This can be heavily dealt with in game by higher ranks and MP if needed.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would label it Meta gaming and deal with the situation as so. I would explain to them with a verbal warning if done again will result in kick or recommended ban time. If continued I will ban or keep close eyes on them.
