Update Notes:
-Added Naval Operations, Naval Intelligence, Naval Command
-Naval Special Task Force replaces Spec Warfare.
-Naval Intelligence Research and Development added.
-Weapon changes and other fixes to weapons.
Spartan Update:
-All spartan classes now have their respective weapons including the anniversary weapons.
-Some weapons have been debuffed due to power being excessive.
-All rifleman positions within spartan fire-teams excluding Xerxes have the anniversary BR.
-Exodus and Terra Support now have anniversary rocket launcher.
-ALL Exodus and Terra now have the anniversary SMG.
-Other things that are fixes or minor adds.
