I main Otzot, but some know me as Tommy, or Cayde. I don’t know how long I have in the game, but it must be at least 15 or more days total on this server. I was extremely active from Revival_Haloworld_v1 until Revival_Haloworld_v3, until I took a break once v3 hit. I came back recently, about 2 weeks ago, and have been logging 5-7 hours average daily.

I was a GM on Tamewater CWRP, before I quit that server due to a change in management that resulted in half of the GM staff leaving.
How active will you be on the server?
I can be on at least 3 days a week, if not more.

I’m on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Mondays I’m available from 5:00 - 10:00 EST, and Fridays/Saturdays I’m available full day.
Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
I have experience. I used to GM on a star wars server called Tamewater, and had relatively ambitious events that I’d say most people liked. This was because my events were somewhat original, and always did something that would surprise people. I’m also a team player. I listen to other GM’s ideas, and let them have their own originality in the event. I believe that gamemaking is a team effort, especially for ambitious ones like the ones I try to do. Overall, I think I’m a better candidate because I bring ambition to the table, and I’m always striving to be original.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan on giving the server interesting events that get them excited whenever they see the GM on. I know that feeling when I see a GM hop on their intelligence whitelist, as it makes me excited for what’s to come. I want that same feeling to be elicited whenever I get on, and call a briefing.

!Blind: Blinds a player for a set amount of seconds
!Jail: Jails a player for a set amount of seconds
!God: Grants god mode to a player

What is In character and what is Out of character?
Anything said in game is IC, and anything stated OOC is OOC. The only exception is in the SSR, and even then it’s iffy. Same goes for the Sim Room.

What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
To give the players events that keep them excited and on their toes. It’s to make sure that players keep interest in the server, and to keep them engaged. (I won’t lie, it’s also to give new players that chance at a promotion. Who doesn’t like that?)
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
The event starts with an SoS Intelligence Officer calling Breifing. As he begins explaining, a transmission comes in, and the SoS officer relays new information: Jul M’dama’s covenant has been spotted on the icy world of Skako-4, and they have hostages. The officer tells the UNSC and SoS to immediately head to their vehicles, and that he will speak to them further on arrival. As they arrive, their comms are almost immediately jammed, and Jul M’dama begins speaking to the UNSC himself, taunting them as covenant begin ambushing the UNSC
As the Covenant onslaught continues, an SoS banshee touches down, and the Intelligence Officer steps out, beginning to give orders on local comms. He directs Marines and Army to defend the FOB, while Spartans and Freelancers go take out the comm towers. They are heavily defended, mostly by elites and hunters, and must be hacked by the troops. He directs ONI to a suspected Covenant base, in which they will find it is completely derelict, except for a terminal. It has one file, that says “Die, human scum.” After this, a bomb’s timer will be set off, which they must defuse. SoS will be sent to the hostages, which they find out are all Sangheili. One such hostage is the daughter of [Highest SoS On] which M’dama will trade in exchange for his freedom. He will then call in a CSO and escape on it, honorably trading the daughter as he escapes.
It is as he escapes that the CSO sends a scarab to deal with the forces. As the forces are evacuating, M’dama taunts the UNSC one last time before slipspacing out, leaving the humans to fight off the stranded Covenant. One Elite will surrender, laying down his weapons in exchange for information. This will allow for ONI to receive information from him after the event is complete. They will find battle plans and some information about a project called “Prevailing Dawn.” This will be further elaborated on in more events. He is then given to the swords, who decide what to do with him. The SoS Intelligence officer congratulates everyone, and says he will be keeping in touch.

No, I’ve just been itching to give people some new events, since I’ve had these ideas for a while.
I Otzot Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that I will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, Otzot, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I, Otzot, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's and to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I Otzot am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from GM's and or staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed Necessary.
