I believe the main reason it wasn't added in the last time it was suggested is because there was barely any community input on it so they didn't feel it needed.

Should this get more attention than the last I am sure it will get a higher chance for addition.​

It would be a nice little addition. Can’t choose between attacking or defending? Just use /roll and the problem is solved.

Well, i'm not sure why this wasn't added a while ago. I will more than likely be looking into adding this. The roll command is very useful for interrogation or MedRP as well.

I can Answer this question. the reason why /roll was implemented a while ago and then why it was soon taken out was because it was being abused rp wise. Engineers would take elaborate time to devise a complex trap or scientist would devise a complex algorithm to wort enemy from getting their secrets, heck even MPs would spend time to hunt down personnel and they were getting tired cause all this was going to waste with a /roll.
