I'm pretty open to my opinions, I try to get along with everyone to the best of my abilities. I'm pretty fair/reasonably with my decisions. I have a dark sense of humor, and I have offended people due to it.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I have former experience being staff on this server. I've been around for a long time now, at least since snow map days. In my opinion, it's frustrating when a player sits there for 30+ mins or hours to get whitelisted altho the person as asked staff more than one when there were plenty of admins on, tho it definitely has been improving. I hate mingy player, altho I do believe there is a fine line between tolerable mingery and over the top mingery. I believe every new player on the server should get treated equal and fair. They should all get an equal chance to try and better them self, but only so many actually due. I understand that some people join just to minge, while others might have gotten trained improperly thus might seem mingey.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I believe going through the chain of command to resolve an issue, rather than going straight to a higher up. While I was staff, I tried my best to work with everyone, while being unbias. I fully understand conflicts inevitably happen when you put together a group of unique people together(have had my fair share in the military). Working together on a team with varying perspectives from each person creates a more effective result for any problems that might come up.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I love helping people out any way I can. I was trained in Risk Analysis, Contingency Planning, and Decision Analysis. May watch over training/help if need be. I'd like helping people out with training/sim/whitelisting etc. As I've said before, I was a former staff member, so I know my way around to sorta speak.
