Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): My, how can anyone truly explain... A gamer across many platforms, certified chef, just a all round regular joe whom everyone seems to enjoy. Former staff and founder of MANY communities, with a love for Fallout, Halo, NASCAR, Battlefield, GTA, and many other games. Just trying to do my part for the community, and I thought I'd "come out of staff retirement" and give a whirl with Halo Revival.

Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: By heart, no, I am not a minge, yes, only once for MicSpam, but since the server was quiet and I was in a good mood during my birthday, I thought I'd brighten up everyones day with some "Warthog Music" but staff understood.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why? Only once from more than a year ago when I first started here actually. When I first ever joined, back when Montana was still around, and we were all ordered to get into a single file line. I was shoved out of line for some reason, and was ordered to do 20 laps around the entire map (Keep in mind, this was the Ice map, so imagine being in my shoes that day) but I stepped up and spoke my mind, as I was being Falsly punished, but was banned for a week, and never got banned again ever since, since I learned from my mistakes against talking against my superiors.
How will your activity be on the server? Moderate/High
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): Speratic, but 5-6 Days of the week, Unless I need to be called on to handle a situation.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): There is no "Being a better candidate. You can only be you, wether you use to be a staff member on the ULX format, or trying to gain the experience if you end up joining another community, all you can do is try with the best of your ability. I've been on here on and off, and with what I do know here on the server, and missing the RP life on Garry's mod and staff life, I also noticed a lack of events/mini events, sometimes making the community bored, therefore mingy at times. Not only am I here to do my job, I'm here to make more training exercises, mini events, and to help out in case of a need of a backup event character, as well as be on standby incase of NITRP, Minging, and issues between staff, players, and anything else I can offer and/or what is needed of me.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): As a standby or "Undercover unit" for staff until I am able to help out with other commands that may be not yet avalible* to me, as I did with all other communites, help create more ideas for events, and look for new workshop maps/wepaons, and to help create training formats for the Sim Room, and Killhouse for the Marines. Staff is more than just moderating the server from unwanted attention that will annoy and affect others, its also being able to help with the players and help improve the server in your own way, for the benefit of the community.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Its about being yourself and what you can bring to the table other than being a staff member... I have a sort of "Improve" style and in case of character. Telling jokes, taking Guard/Patrol duty more serious and often than others, its not just about being some random character and following orders, you gotta be yourself for the benefit of others, and your roleplay character too.

1. Setting you or another players armor. Using !armor to bring the command up.
2. Using !slap on a selected target, with/without the damage you have selected
3. If you, another player, or an NPC/Prop is on fire, use !unignite or !unigniteall to extinguish any and all fires
4. Using !mute to mute the selected targets name, to mute them from either ingame Mic or Chat.
5. !noclip, if you get stuck, use this command to move foward or to move about on the map through props, cells, but don't forget to use !cloak. !noclip is more useful for Sparten AI.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Spamming/yelling loudly over a mic, or blasting music, aswell as constantly speaking OOC during a DB, or during a PTS
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Not remaining In Character/to the lore of the server of the game mode the server is based upon.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Pulling the person breaking any and all rules related to Minge/Fail RP (or NITRP) and ask them why they are doing so. Sometimes you need to level with them, but you also need to explain that it is VITAL that they read the server rules, and if they cooperate, let them off with a warning. If they are hostile, or RDM/Disrespect staff, a 1 Day/1Week Ban should be applied. If they aren't very hostile but dont cooperate, a warning kick will do so.

Also, RDM can happen when someone take something another person said a little too hard, and thinking the only way to get even is to shoot them. NO! Get a staff member man...
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Pull the two player into a private sit and get to the bottom of the situation, but also not to get upset as staff during the sit if one of the players gets holstile/disrespectful to staff. Considering its a case of "RDM" A 1Day ban will simply do so, if not, a 1week if its a serious case.
