So I wanted to propose that we separate the in character section into a couple sub sections
1. Public Archives (For lore and the like about the server, news from back home, etc)
2. Personnel Files (where people optionally put in their character backgrounds, and can be referenced to later as "pulling one's file." additionally could be used for chalking up metals earned.
3. Priority Transmissions (for officers to post rules, put memos reminding about different behavioral items, and giving announcements of large changes in leadership, generally inform about whats going on, as well as for information on deployment, event related mentions, etc)
perhaps, if you wish to go one more step, have a different area for SoS, HoJ, and UNSC
