Unresponsive Admin/GMs

Every time I request any sort of support from GMs/Admins, I get no response. Often I ask for a banshee as I am a ranger and wish to practice flying, or head up to the station. Other times, during events where Rangers get jetpacks, I will request a jetpack and again get no answer at all. This occurs far too often, and worst of all it happens when there are plenty of admins online. I hope this issue is resolved soon, because it honestly ruins the experience on the server.

I am sorry to hear this, both staff and GMs will make sure the lack of responsiveness won't happen in the future.

Make a staff quota. That is what fixed SCP's problem with this

That's been such a never ending experience on that server it honestly gets painful sometimes.
Especially since I was once staff and took a lot of tickets, it's now gotten worse it would seem.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I will talk with the head gamemaker and try to resolve this issue within the server. Keep in mind we do take hundreds of tickets during a course of a week and with more calls on the rise, this issue is abundant. Please take patience in this issue, for we are trying to resolve this. I will say this, sometimes during huge events, game makers are scrambling to make sure everything goes down right.
Sometimes the game makers hosting the event are so preoccupied as its only 2-3 game makers usually 1-2 playing event characters while the other does a ton of things to wrap it around the event. The other game makers, even though events should respond. A lot of game makers lead squadrons and that may affect it, but I apologize for any inconvenience on my behalf if I have caused you any.
