Introducing the long awaited update for Vietnam RP!

So first of all I would like to mention fixes

• Chat Fixed
• Spawns Fixed
• Jobs Fixed
• Optimization fixes
• Removal of addons not used
• Drugs Fixed (You can now see the models)
• Flame Throwers Now do Damage
• NPC's now work and do damage so you might start seeing some NPC EVENTS

New additions to the Vietnam

• The Long Awaited and Very wanted HELICOPTERS!!!! Yes We added Helicopters back into Vietnam
• VEHICLES!!!! We added the Russian Vehicles back in and added a system to the vehicles as well. We added VC MOD. Meaning more then one person can enter a vehicle now AND vehicles can be damaged/destroyed
• Backpack/Inventory System. You can head to a store to purchase a backpack. Put it on and do /backpack to check what is inside of it. To put an item in your backpack face the item you are looking at and do /save
• Global Music System---- Yup, for event.
• Conquest System (Capture Points) Capture points are now around the map.
• New Scoreboard
