What forum experience do you have?
Multiple years of forum experience as moderator at following sites;
Craftedmovie, a game server Forum.
BluECraft, another server Forum.
The former ran on Xenforo, and the latter on Enjin.
Furthermore, I know how the forums function, so I won't require much training apart from the do's and don'ts.
Have you ever been banned from the Shout Box or forums, and have you been warned for anything on the forums?:
I have been shoutbox banned at once instance for 1 hour due to an unknown reason.
My relations with the community are however, as good as ever.
Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): Well' my story is a dull and short one, but I will make it as entertaining as possible. I'm an eighteen year old guy from Denmark, who seeks something to do as I am about to get summer vacation very soon. I don't do much apart from playing games, or doing sports. The former usually the one that weighs the greatest. I'm usually happy and I focus more on other people than myself.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum):
I have been asked by multiple users of the forum, as well as a few from the recruitment teams, that I would be a good addition to the forum staff. I asked around to really see if this was the case, and after being confirmed, I have chosen to test the waters. I'm confident in this, and it would only help me, help the community.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum):
Apart from my previous experience and skill of navigating the Xenforo forum engine, I know how to moderate and manage a forum, and how to enforce the set rules of mentioned forum. I follow the Chain of Command very easily, as I love how hierarchies function. Recently, multiple people have decided to quit forum staff, and altough sad, these spots are now open and can be filled in by new, fresh applicants whom are willing to do the job with a smile.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum):
I find this question very repetitive to the former, but I will answer it to my best possible knowledge.
As mentioned literally mere seconds before you read this, I have multiple YEARS of forum experience, whether be it as a administrator or moderator, or just a very basic user. I am very talkactive and definetly not shy when it comes to new people, a trait often overlooked by a lot of people. I don't know of many other ways to precisely pinpoint my expertise, and frankly I, like many others, hate praising one-self.
Do you staff on any other servers?:
No, I do not.
How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically):
I go on the forums at least twice a day, somtimes 9, with the sessions lasting from 10 seconds to 2 hours.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes):
As most people know, summer is here, and so is the vacation which follows. I, sadly won't, have vacation as per the policy of my school, until in a couple of days, and it wont last long. I will however still continue to be active, as school is rather light here, compared to the USA. To answer the question with a simple and short answer; Yes.
How active will you be on the community’s TS?:
I log onto the teamspeak everyday, and I can easily be conjured via a poke.
Do you meet all of the requirements?:
Yes I believe I do.

1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
First things first, I would establish a perspective and an overview of what the current situation is. Would I be unable to do so, I would request that they take it to the private messages as to not disturb the community any further. Failure to do so would lead to a verbal warning, an futher failure in light punishment to either side, according to the forum rules, most likely a warn via the warn system.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended)
I would most likely edit the post in a non-offensive or badly-censored way, directing the post owner to a better choice of words. Continued, excessive swearing and failure to comply with verbal warnings would then lead to punishment, once again depending on the sitaution and evaluations of the case.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended)
I would at first attempt to guide them to using a lighter tone through friendly means, and if they chose to continue being an ass-hat, enforce the rules set upon the forum. Should everything spontaniously combust and set a-flame, I would coordinate with a higher up of the Forum Team, and ask them of their instructions. Should I be utterly alone, the only method would be to gather screenshots and other to support my claims and my actions.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended)
Should I find anyone being harrassed, either openly by a well-known user, or somebody using a new account, I would attempt to uncover the person. Harrasment of any form is a no-go, and once the perpetrator would have been found, they would be punished accordingly. Meanwhile, I would coordinate with other Forum Staff of my same rank to make sure the person harrased didn't take any harm from the scenario(es), through emotional and mental support.
