Well, apparently I was fired yesterday. This thread isint going to be like a "give me back my position" or anything like that. What I'm concerned about is why I was fired. I was told I was fired for "Pulling out a davey crocket" on MRP. Surely, this would result in a just ban, however, there was five people on, people were just having fun and i pulled it out as a joke. I didn't even fire it. Then i put it away, a little thing that was completley minor as i thought. Maybe it was unprofessional, but it was to lighten the mood because the players were just having a laugh. I dont really see a reason I was fired, I wasn't given any warning prior, and now I have a "Do not hire" on Teamspeak. To me, this sounds a bit overkill, and I'm pretty sure I've done four events in the past two days, and I HAVE been responding to calls, (Not Ammo, Jack liked to do the helicopter drop off thing,) But I did spawn helis and entertain the players. It for four people for god's sake. The players weren't RDMing, it was just a funny little laugh. I was not told previously that this was Fireable and staff blacklistable.
