Reason for ban: Avoiding Punishment and Minging

Why you should be unbanned:
I do not want to be unbanned, as I did break a rule. BUT I do want it to be lowered as I only broke ONE rule and not multiple.
The rule I broke was avoiding punishment, my reasoning is because at the time of me being pulled aside ICLY I was given a false reason for punishment. I was told I was going to be banned for ERP by a non-admin at that. When infact all I did was tell an uggoy/grunt that I was going to turn him into a flesh light if he attacked me again (He was using the climb SWEP/Fists Swep to "punch" my marine and I went along with it ICly. No harm done.) This is where the minge factor comes in, I was not minging. I was playing my character, a xenophobic marine. Nothing more. Nothing Less.
Not the reason I think this should be struck away from my punishment and why my ban should be lowered because, it was a IN CHARACTER issue. Not an OOC issue. The officer/player (The name of which I did not get at the time) that brought me into his office was the one who made it an OOC issue and accused me of ERP and minging. That is when I told him to and I quote "Go fuck yourself shit-lord, I will save you the effort of lifting your cum crusted finger to ban me." and I left the server( At the time I did not know he wasn't staff, he came off like an admin and presented himself like one.)
My language was a little over the top, yes. But for a player to be deciding someones fate OOCly over an IC issue, is unacceptable. As someone who has been staff one 5 plus different servers, I must say that this man has an issue with separating IC and OOC punishments/issues and should be given a warning/talking too.
Thankfully an actual admin did end up showing up, but this was after the fact that I left. So I was unable to defend myself at the time. BUT this admin was rather competent, I don't know his name off the top of my head but he was the Young man who was the 2nd Commander/The commander of the ODSTs. I applaud and appreciate him for defending me. (I had a friend in the room who I was in a discord call with at the time. That is how I knew what was going on after I left.)

Now onto the second accusation. Yes I did leave the server before my punishment could be dealt. I will accept the punishment for that with open arms. But again I would like to get rid of the other accusation and my ban be cut in half, if possible. (from Three days to 1.5 or 1). I will definitely get rid of the Xenophobic attitude my character had and scrape it.
I would really like to enjoy the server for what it has to offer and be apart of this community.

as of this edit (7/10/19) my ban ends today, so there is no real point for this anymore...I really wish that someone from the Halo servers staff team could've gotten to me...oh well I suppose
