Well over 800 hours of staffing which includes both staffing and game making. These hours are combined with this server as well as other similar military role play type servers.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words):
I have a large amount of knowledge and familiarity with holding events as I use to be a senior GM for Revival Halo. During my much needed break from being a GM I have reworked much of my events to be for logical and RP friendly while still being fresh and unique. Due to the time I spent back being part of the normal player base I have also noticed many things that need improvements on the GM side such as long set up times or improper use NPCs, acting, and tone of an overall event. This combined with my past experiences is while I feel that I would be a better candidate than the rest as I understand both sides of the struggle.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words):
I plan to bring back new and inspiring ideas to the server through my events as many events now and days feel run of the mill or repetitive despite the GM's best efforts. What I mean by that is to help not only myself but others creating vibrant story lines and campaigns that the player base would enjoy. I would constructively critic others planned events so they should desire me to do so. It's time the server gets back onto a level in which the player base enjoys nearly single event and I plan to help with that.

What is the purpose of a Game Maker?
I personally believe the purpose of a Game Maker is to provide an immersive experience for the player base through their events. They are to provide an equally fun experience that doesn't leave out any particular group of players so that the server can be viewed as reputable for having great events thus helping retain higher player counts.
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs )
Event Name: Deal and Sting
Premise: A players are going to be thrown into what I believe to be a rather morally trying and unique situation. This situation is that of slavery and making decisions to complete the mission with as little trouble as possible. Players will take part in a 2 part event in which they will have to capture a Slave trader hiding within a city and then pose themselves as slaves for the next part. (I promise this all makes sense down the line). Players are working towards bringing down a large slave trader and find out who he has been working with in order to stop it. Players will be given disguises according to role and current character on the server to help complete the mission.
Event Part 1: Players are briefed and quickly deployed to a backwater UNSC planet to detain and question a lower member suspected to be in a large slave trade. Players will quickly move into the city and face off in a light skirmish of the member and his troops before they capture him. Any and all explosive weapons will be prohibited from being used as to not cause damage to the surrounding city. Players found guilty of this will be severely chastised and singled out. Trader will immediately give any and all information on where he was going to deliver his next shipment of slaves. (Once the information gathered is where things get a interesting as it leads into part 2) Map will change.
Event Part 2: Players are to be informed of the following. Marines and any other personnel allowed to show their faces will be disguised as slaves and are to be stripped of all weapons and only given concealed pistols. ONI, Spartans, Geiger, or anyone else not allowed to show their faces will be disguised as guards there to "keep the slaves in line". A single player will pose as the previous captured trader and must act like him. SoS/HoJ will remain on the outskirts monitoring the area and reporting any unusual activities such as traffic or personnel that is not ours. The following will be the roles of each separated group.
Slaves: Follow the orders of the Traders and Guards. Any uncooperative slaves should be met with a violent response. Despite whatever actions Slaves need to remained concealed and not revolt as it will jeopardize the mission.
Guards: Follow the orders of the Traders and keep the Slaves in line at all costs. Guards must not hesitate on any orders as to not draw attention to themselves or the slaves and traders. Failure at this will jeopardize the mission. A small group will eventually break off to find and sabotage the comms preventing any chance for hostile backup to arrive.
Trader: Give orders and commands to Guards and Slaves as well as cooperate with the main Dealer. Trader should be ruthless and unforgiving and not hesitate on any given orders either by himself or the main Dealer. Failure will do so will Jeopardize the mission
Perimeter Guards: Keep a far distance from the trade location and under no circumstances should get in close. Should a fight arise and cover is blown, Perimeter Guards are allowed to assist. Otherwise, guards should remain on the lookout for any unusual activity and report it to the Guards through secure comms.
Objectives:
I <Crane> Agree and understand that i am not staff, and it is not my job to do staff duties, unless there is 0 staff on i will not use my commands unless needed. I also agree that i will not noclip/abuse my powers.
I, <Crane>, acknowledge that this application is to be filled out with complete honesty. Being accepted will hold me at a higher standard in behavior and demeanor. Not doing my job or abusing will result in an instant demotion.
I,<Crane>, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them.And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within GM's.And to keep a calm head and clear judgement when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.

- Small group sneaks off and sabotages Comms
- Sting operation begins and disguised are shed.
- Capture and interrogate the Main Dealer. (The slightest of suspicion by the Dealer will result in his immediate evacuation and reinforcements from the area causing loss of Intel and mission Failure)
- Free any other slaves present in the area
- Eliminate all hostile forces in the area.
- Evacuate
