well over a year. Unable to link original application, as it was deleted (April of 2017). closest I have now is the rep elections (though I was a senior GM for two years prior)

@Jess I was under the impression you redeem it after you leave service, not while you are still a member of the team.

Infact, the document doesnt even outline that rule, there was no way of knowing.

In any case, this redemption was made within a month from when I left. at the very least month 10 factors in, doesnt it?
