Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): Not much things, I don't have much staff weaknesses when it comes to Garrys Mod.
Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I've staffed on well over 10+ Roleplay servers, I have many experience with mostly every single staff commands and how they work. I am a very nice person and will always hear both sides of every story, I work well while under stress, I can be very mature and serious when I need to deal with something very serious, I am also a very open when it comes to staffing. I've also been staff on here many times.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): I've been on the server for a total of 5+ weeks but have been with the community for almost 1-2 years now.
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: I am not a minge, and I've never done any acts of being mingy, and I plan on keeping it that way.

How will your activity be on the server?: I can be very very active, I can clock many hours in as of right now, since I am no employed and I do not have school yet. Once school starts though I will only be able to be active on weekends. I can get at least 5+ hours a day.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I think that I would be better then the others that are applying for this rank because I have plenty of experience. I've been staff on this server about 5 times which has made me very use to the commands and what punishments to hand out when someone has broken a rule. I am a very calm person that can handle hard/stressful situations very calmly and professionally, I will always hear both sides of a story (if the case of a player has been reported) and I will spend hours in a staff sit just to make sure I have gathered everything I possibly could. I am very active on this server, even late at night and early in the morning. I am very nice to every and all players no matter what, and I will always act mature, serious, and professional. I am also always watching chat and I will always come and help someone that needs help whenever requested. I do not like making players wait for help, so I will be to them as fast as I can.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan on benefiting it by keeping it as clean as I possibly can with the staff powers I have, I will help every single player that needs help whenever I can, I will always be active and helping the server in any way I could, and if I am ever needed I will be their. And maybe even give some suggestions to make the server even better.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I think I stand out from the others because of the sheer experience I have with the ULX commands, and being able to handle stressful situation with a calm and professional attitude. I will, again like I've said, always be there when someone needs help, and I will make sure they will not have to wait hours just to get a whitelist or get some help with anything else.

4. !noclip - makes you flying and able to clip through anything.

Explain what minging is: Minging is when someone does not RP and goes around doing whatever they want, and not acting like the person they should be in RP, this can be like not obeying orders from an NCO+, RDM's, and rule breaking.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): For the first offence, I would simple give them a verbal warning, stating that they are to act the way they should be or they will be given a warn. If the said player continues, I will bring them to me, and give them a warning and give them another verbal wanting stating that if he does it again he will be kicked, and if he comes back and still does it he will be temp banned. If it was an RDM/MassRDM situation then it would be a kick/ban right away.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is when, lets say you take OOC things, into IC. Or you do not follow orders, or you are breaking IC rules.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would do something similar to the minging question, I would simple give them a verbal warning stating that if they do not smarten up and keep FailRPing they will be warned, and if it continues he will be kicked/tempbanned.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): I would bring them both somewhere private, tell them to stop fighting, and ask one at a time, what is going on, why there doing this, and give them both a verbal warning for bringing OOC stuff into IC, and after being told what happened I will determine what to do next with whoever is at fault, if both are I will give them both a verbal and solid warning and saying if they start again they will both be kicked.
