Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.): Somewhere in the ball park of 4000 hours of staffing experience, might be a bit rusty though.
How active will you be on the server? I make it a point to be on the server one every three days if not everyday.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words): Other then my passion for telling stories and seeing people have fun through something I created, and my experience as a staff on other servers. I really can't sell you a compelling (if not narcissistic) argument for why I am better then other people without flat out lying to someone's face, I recognize that other people might have better talent then me or have more dedication and thus I and I am humble enough to admit that I am not perfect, that I am human. But I sure as hell can give it my best effort.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (50+ words): I plan to tell a grand story arc that I been cooking up while playing on the server, and I plan on creating a story that people will remember for a long time there after, to when I am done, and people remember my events then I will know I succeeded as a GM.
List (10) Ulx Commands and what they do(List something other than: !bring: cloak,ban,Kick,Warn,TP,Maul,Slay,Gag,): bring: Brings a targeted player to your location. map: changes the map to a selected map type. noclip: Makes the target player nocliped and able to fly through walls.
gag: Disables the target player's microphone. gimp: stops the player from sending the intended messages, instead they send out some funny joke or what ever the Server owner sets. mute: Disables chat for a player, they can not type. return: Returns a target to the location they where before teleporting banid: Bans a player with the steam Id from the server. !strip: strips everything from a target player, is able to remove handcuffs from players. !jail: places a player in a prop jail. freeze: forces a player to hold perfectly still.
What is In character and what is Out of character? Examples: Jim is playing Jimmy, and Rick is playing Ricky. Ricky steals Jimmy's wallet without Jimmy knowing, Rick asks Jim how much money is in it, Jim says 20 dollars. Ricky walks away with the wallet and Jimmy wonders where is wallet went, Jim knows where his wallet went but can't do anything because that would be meta gaming.

What is the purpose of a Game Maker? To create events and enjoyment for others and themselves.
Give us a full event idea you have. ( 3 Paragraphs ) Long ago, there existed in the mind of the good Dr. Tosh of Section 3 an idea, and idea to find the common ground between humanities deadliest soldiers. Was it what they ate? Was it the way or how they where born? or was it something to do with their genetics? The Good Dr. Tosh decided to sate his curiosity and ask for the resources he needed to start up project: ReGenesis. He was approved by the Director of ONI and so he went to work, trying out every sample he could get his hands on, from URF to Covinent forces, but soon Dr. Tosh grew a fixation for Samples J-117, N-6, and R-00k, he tried, over and over, to clone the perfect soldiers with the combined samples of DNA and a fourth stabilizer sample, and every time they would come out dead or pure monstrosities that can barely be called human, he bread them to be ever loyal to the office with undying faith for it's leaders no matter what, and to follow every order possible even it it meant killing themselves.
Six-Hundred and Sixteen where made, Six-Hundred and Sixteen where failures, and The Director's patience and resources for the project where running dry, and the Poor Dr. Tosh's mind was falling into madness, his obsession with creating the perfect set of loyal yet hyper-lethal soldiers had set him to near insanity. He would spend weeks locked in his lab, sleeping only when his body forced him and eating only when he was on the brink of death, he was determined to make the perfect soldier at all costs, even if it meant betraying the office. The Director knew this, and he couldn't convince the mad Dr.Tosh to give up the project, always selling him the story of being mere seconds away from his goal and having the work and effort to back it up. and every time the Director would see the results and let him to his work, but not this time. This time the mad Dr.Tosh had gone too far, telling his less then human clones to turn on the Director and failing, The Director sent out a contract to capture and/or kill the Insane Dr.Tosh. It was going to be an easy mission, go in get out simply put, but they had not accounted for subject 620, the breakthrough the insane Dr.Tosh promised, wave after wave of ONI agents tried to contain or kill the rouge clone being controlled by the doctor, wave after wave fell. It was not until subject 616 mortally wound 620 did the fighting stop and Dr.Tosh as well as 620 ran away in a pelican and boarded a waiting URF Frigate did they know that he has switched sides.
What was The good Director to do now with millions of light years between The Doctor and The Director. The resources spent on the project has nearly put the office into debt and all they had to show for it where monstrosities with unquestioning loyalty and the bodies of good agents at his feet. That's when it hit Director, if he could turn these less then men into his own personal army, he could have then not only stop something like this from every happening but also have them hunt down the insane doctor. And so the good Director trained, he trained them to like Spartans, to be better then Spartans, to even kill Spartans. For months they trained, and for months these less then men out did even the highest expectations possible. But it was only the best who could become his body guards, these outstanding individuals went through augmentation, applying to them a neural lace and some not surviving the process. But when all was said and done they took up a set of modified black ODST armor and the badge of a squad that was wiped out and died bravely during the attack on Dr. Tosh and turned it into what it is today, these less then men now wear the badge of STRIKE, with 616 being it's new leader, they now remain forever vigilant to all threats and to the threat long since thought gone, until now. Dr.Tosh is coming, and he wants blood.
The Events will be following the story line of Dr. Tosh and what he has crated during his time in the URF, the events will involve a ton of investigative work, puzzle solving and trying to find out a way to capture or kill Dr. Tosh, and everyone will be involved, this will be what happens while in downtime. While on Mission, troops will have to deal with infiltrators and trap as well as irregular warfare on part of the URF lead by a Dr. Tosh's finest subjects. It will be an arms race to see who can destroy who first, and to bring to light, some of ONI's darkest secrets in this rp heavy story arc.
