I do believe that James is referring to your original ban, which was appealed and subsequently lifted, being your second chance. Soon after your punishment was rescinded, you were re-banned permanently for your usage of a racial slur. Although I do commend your attempt to recompense, based on your previous belligerent behavior after your punishment has been lifted, I do not believe many people will support your choices in this endeavor. Personally, I see these apologies coming after one of your various misdeeds, as a play to gain sympathy and empathy from some people in this community. This rationale of "only one mistake" has been seen in your previous apologies, allowing for your reentry, only to be banned soon after for another reason. I'm not against giving people additional chances; if you were truly looking for forgiveness from this community, I would recommend for you to read up on the rules of this community, and to understand that your past is still a reflection of you, regardless of whether or not you've "changed".
Apologies for this slightly aggressive reply, but if there are people who have "done worse than you have", feel free to message me, or any of the other networking staff, their names and infractions so that they can be dealt with.
