Any info we should know about you(Something that may affect staffing): I work as a Sheriffs Deputy IRL, so my schedule is overnight 12 hour shifts that rotate 2 on 2 off 3 on two off 3 off two on, ETC. However I will still dedicate my upmost time and appreciation to this server because I have recently fallen back in love with it and want to be apart of it in a bigger way! Also my profile says i'm 21, im actually 20, its my steam default for some reason, I can't change it. (Saw this was a problem on some other apps).
How Long Have You Been On The Server? (Min 5 Days): I have been playing on revival since December 2017 / January 2018!

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): I have a lot of experience with coding on game panels, ULX, RCON, ETC. I have staffed on multiple servers before and even ran my own SWRP servers.

Have you ever been banned from any Revival servers? If so, why? No.
How will your activity be on the server? I will be active as often as I can on the server, at least for an hour a day on the days I work, and most of the day on the days I have off (Wife willing haha)
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): As I said in my previous statement I work a weird schedule, however I should be on everyday and be able to drop an hour on the days I work and most of the day on the days I have off.

No RDM- RDM is random death match, its when you attack or kill another player for no RP reason, over all it takes away from everyone elses experience and RP.
Fail RP- An array of different actions that break RP, for example, Prop killing, meta gaming, general minge, and even just screeching over your mic and breaking RP.
No Racism- Pretty self explanatory, don't sling around the N word, don't say slurs, etc.
No advertising- Don't walk up to other players and be like "Yo this server sucks, join my server 10/10", or try and get people to download your addons etc.
No ERP- Don't roleplay erotic fantasies or sexual roleplay.

No minge names or unrealistic name- Don't have names that don't make sense or are blatantly to troll, I.E. "UNSCMC Pvt Nutsack, UNSCA CPL revivalsux"
Voice chat is IC- This means you can't just start knocking up a random conversation about how your mom said you cant play halorp anymore, you MUST remain IC unless in an area deemed OOC, like the SSR with an OOC sign.
Don't bait people into PK's- Don't try and bait people into getting PK'd like telling them to jump off the hangar ledge, or go into the ONI bunks.
NLR- If you die, you forget what happened up to that point.
1 day rule- You must wait ONE day before changing factions, you cant faction hop multiple times in one day.

I, Aries, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I Aries am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I Aries also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
I Aries Acknowledge that this app may be denied or approved for a number of reasons. And that I will not retaliate if denied, and if accepted I will not flaunt it around in other's faces, that I will remain calm and cool-headed.
