Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Well, i've been in this server for quite along time. I've been in every single division in HaloRP besides, GM, Staff, and Spartans. I'm outgoing and will accept when I am wrong. I am a perfect team player and loyal to anything that I join, when I set my mind to something I always achieve it, I gratuated from High School in 2018 and I currently have no job. I like doing administrative work and dealing with peoples problems.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): 3 years(It's been a few months on and off through out the time so I haven't done it 3 years none stop.)
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: Yes, i've been caught in the act. But everyone minges from time to time especially when they are bored.

How will your activity be on the server? 5-8 hours at the least 4 hrs a day.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I have no job and I have been out of school for a little over a year. So I can be on all day if need be, although I plan on getting a job sometime soon so I really couldn't tell you right now.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I'm not going to sit there and shit talk and do nothing about it, if I have an issue with someone i'll go to them and talk about it. I'm loyal, I have a lot of patience, I can sit and wait for however long. I won't jump the gun on people unless I hear both sides of the story. If another staff member(saying that I become staff) is minging or fucking around i'll call them out on it, I won't sit there and join them. You can talk to me about literally anything. I have an open door policy, if you have any questions or dislike something about me. Come talk to me about it
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I can benefit the server by being extremely professional during staff situations and general situations. I can bring good work ethic and overrall maturity to the staff team. I can show that anything is possible especially when you set your mind to it. I can show people that you can have fun even without breaking server rules. I can teach people that it isn't all work and no play, you can have fun sometimes, you don't always need to be so uptight and serious.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I can handle any and all situations with a level head and the only time i'll raise my voice is if I wanna be heard. I know boundries and I know what I can and cannot do. I will not shove myself into situations where I do not belong. I am very good at knowing when someone is lying and when someone is being truthful. It's obvious when someones trying to lie.

Explain what minging is: Minging is when the person is just jumping around shooting up in the air or is just messing around.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): A person who just got trained jumping and running around people screaming on the top of their lungs(could aswell add micspam to the kick/warn) I would pull them off to the side and warn them that if they continue they'll be kicked for Minging and NITRP. I would also inform other staff memebers about the person so that they can be on the lookout for them. If they continue to minge and mess around they'll be banned for NITRP, Minge, Failrp.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: Minging in some terms can fall underneath Failrp, Failrp is talking about something your character knows nothing about and taking OOC to IC(can also be considered Meta-Game which is considered Failrp) Failrp is a general term for Meta-Gaming, NITRP, Minging ect....
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A person walking up and talking about ONI classified information that there character would know nothing about. Like I said before, pull them off to the side and warn them that it's failrp and tell them to stop or they'll be kicked.

Explain what RDM is in detail: A person who randomly walks up to another player and starts opening fire on them without any context at all.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A player starts opening fire on the Admiral randomly. I would strip them, Freeze them, tp to them then physgun them off.(We have MP on the server who deal with this and once they have them arrested or if they leave the server they call us to deal with the RDM) If they leave the server i'll ban them for RDM, LTAP. If they continue to shoot a mass group of people i'll ban them for MRDM.

I would physgun them and tell them to knock it off. If they continue i'll kick them for NITRP.

IC: (Using VC is strictly IC) Talking to your CO about promoting one of your comrades.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If they are fighting in OOC chat I would warn them to stop and bring it to PMs, if it was brought to IC I would deal with the situation due to it being meta-game say if a marine called a army stupid and the marine CO gave the marine PT for it. if it was brought to IC I would deal with the situation due to it being meta-game
