I am currently 19 years old and about to set off into the world of college. I grew up in a small town where I met amazing friends and gathered the social skills I needed in life. I love talking to people, but when it comes down to RP terms I do get very serious. I came onto Revival a few months ago and have made some really amazing friends. I also enjoy playing basketball in my off time, it's always been something that I was super good at, even after graduating high school. Most people that get to know me, begin to understand the true me. I don't show it to many people, but the ones I'm friends with really do seem to understand me.

I believe I would make a better candidate than anyone else because of the dedication I bring. I'm always looking to better myself anyway I can, and my dedication to what I do is always one step ahead of me. I love Revival with everything I have, and I will stop at nothing to make sure we keep this server running as efficiently as possible. I want to be the person that makes the people in the server go, "Wow, that guy was super helpful. I will be coming back to this server." That would be my main goal as part of the staff team.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I plan on benefiting the server by bringing integrity, and like I stated above dedication. I plan on helping the rest of the staff team with any problems they may encounter a long the way. I also intend on growing bigger than a T-Mod one day to even further that goal. Nothing will stop me at getting to it. That's what I will bring to the server.

I don't want to sound like a broken record here, but I feel as if I would stand out because of the type of qualities I bring as a person. I can be very serious, more than others if I need to be. I bring a lot of dedication, meaning I will put in more work than most other T-Mods, and I know I will bust my tail making sure the server is always at the top of the list.

Explain what minging is:
A minge is someone that comes onto a server and commits acts such as: RDM, RDA, OOC Cussing, BHOP, and so forth. They have NO intent to roleplay and usually stay that way.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):
If a person in the server such as a recruit started to micspam, I would politely ask them to stop. If the said person continued to micspam whatever it is he's micspamming, he would receive a kick. If they came back and did it again it would then be a 5 hour ban, if the SAME person came back and did it again it would be a 3-4 day ban. This process could go even further if attempting to come back and do it all over again.
Explain what FailRP is in detail:
FailRP is what happens when someone does something such as: Metagaming, NLR, or flying up to the Lance in a Falcon. It is in high orbit, you cannot do that. Also OOC matters brought into IC.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):
If a player came to me and told me someone was looking in logs to find out who kileld who to then go find them and kill them back, I would pul them into a staff sit. I would first warn the player, asking him or her to stop. If it continued I would kick the player, then ban for 5 days if they continued to do so.

RDM is Random Death Match. It is when a player kills another player with no reason behind it, no story, nothing. I have seen an RDM where another player killed someone else just because he didn't "agree" with his actions.

If I got in an admin sit where I had to deal with RDM, I would first ask the player his intentions. You can't always trust "I didn't mean to" as an answer. I would listen to them however. I would then based on the severity give him a warning or a kick, if it happened again I would most likely give a 1-2 day ban depending on how bad of a case it was.

Trolling can be considered as minging and is usually done to get others to laugh by messing with other people or even staff members.

A marine is running around micspamming the song "Never Gonna Give You Up," purposely trying to annoy others. If this was the case I would pull him aside and ask him to quit. If this continued to happen I would then kick the player. If they came back and did it again I would give them a 1-2 day ban depending on the severity, if I got any disrespect in the sit.

OOC: This means Out of Character. This is usually used to talk to people away from RP. If you wanted to tell someone about how your real life day was, or even talk about a gamemakers events that happened thirty minutes prior, you would use OOC.
IC: This means In Character. This is used when you are talking as your character. If someone is in the medbay hurt, you would be using your In Character persona to deal with it.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):
If Johnny was to kill Billy out of character, and then Billy turns around and tries to make an RP out of it, this cannot happen. I would pull both parties over and explain to them to keep OOC matters away from the server so it doesn't turn into IC. If this continued to happen after a warn, I would kick the two players. If it happened again I would then ban them for five days as an intent to FailRP and not listen to staff.
