Hello, I am Chief Warrant Officer Grade Three Sirona. I am the residing head of the Office of Naval Intelligence Section Two, who deal in Public Affairs. I and my fellow personnel are beginning a new Propaganda Movement that will hopefully impact all UNSC regiments in a positive manner. Starting with NavalAF, Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, and Lima Company Three, we will begin running campaigns for the aforementioned groups. We are looking to encourage more recruitment and training, and to boost overall morale.
