Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates: I Can Solve some situations Calmly and passively, i'm a nice person at times, Until it needs to be in a dire Serious Situation.
How do you plan to benefit the server?: Making it a fun an entertaining for people and safe as well.
Explain why you stand out from others: I'd stand out cause i'm genially a nice and cooperative person, i listen and take action when needed. and some situations that are dire i will be serious. and i'm nice rather keep the community safe for some people that are new to it.

1. Stip = Strips the [Players] Inventory and prevents them from doing anything.
2. Freezing = Freezes the player for they cant move or do anything.
3. Cloak = Cloaks yourself for no one can see you, Floating in midair.
4. God = Makes yourself Invincible so no one can harm you in game.
5. TP = going to the player that you typed in his/her name.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff: well like if is called apon staff then warn them "or tell someone in game that IC that should take action endless its involving STAFF then that rather be a warning or a kick porsay if it goes through a serious situation. but the situation should Always in my opinion should be held and talked threw with the designated player calmly that's negating the situation at hand and solve it as passively as you can.
Explain what FailRP is: Means for people who can't role play properly with other people or characters. They are usually new players to RP and are in the learning process.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff: If a Quote on Quote, <Player> is to FailRP and the situation gets worse then its Involving Heat and non necessary Arguing, <STAFF>
you would take the necessary action and try to make it in a Calm Situation as possible a talk it threw with the player. and solve the situation maybe even warn them if it goes to it being worse then you'd Kick them probably.

Explain what OOC and IC is?
OOC: Out of Character means is an acronym that stand for out of character. It is often used in role-playing when a person wants to break character or in fan-fiction when a writer is expressing concern that a character was not himself in a certain scene or instance of dialogue.
IC: In Character would just mean the Opposite of OOC witch would be RP wise everything in IC would be "IC" and not taking in OOC, witch refraining serious.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters : i'd tell them Whats the situation and handle it be telling them handles this somewhere else or rather have the refrain it happening again. or just have it as a waning. just tell them handles it out of the game or rather Elsewhere.
