i was using my comedic character from HOJ and asked the head of army if he wanted to crossbreed got warned by a admin never did it again and was banned for the same situation a month and a half later

was a tgm and still don't know why i was removed i was shot had my centcom wl and GM on duty wl removed and told to reapply in two months no other info given

yes for the reason listed above i was on my comedic character and asked the head of army if he wanted to crossbreed and was warned then a month later banned for the same situation even though i never did it again past the warning and only ever did it once

oh most of the day almost everyday of the week im know to be on for a full 24 hours

no minging- don't do anything to interfere with others rp

no entering restricted areas- don't enter places that have signs saying AOS/KOS
I cannot pick up guns or do physical rp that a normal human can do
don't be insubordinate to your higher ups
follow the orders of you ncos and cos
When under an Oath of silence, you must adhere to the rules, you may not breach it for any reason until the time limit is complete
Follow the guidance of all signage, breaches without authorisation will lead to punishments

I, Bear, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I Bear am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I Bear also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
I Bear Acknowledge that this app may be denied or approved for a number of reasons. And that I will not retaliate if denied, and if accepted I will not flaunt it around in other's faces, that I will remain calm and cool-headed.
