I have a good background of forum experience, having been the previous Manager for a long standing time, I know the ins and outs of the forums we use and how to deal with the community we have. As the forum manager I had to monitor the forums as well and the forum team to make sure everything was being upheld to the rules and standards that we here have set in the community.
Have you ever been banned from the Shout Box or forums, and have you been warned for anything on the forums?:

I am a current student of college that is undergoing an associates in Cybersecurity. One day I hope to earn a lot of money and maybe even become recognized for something neat, though that's a long time from now so who knows what is going to happen. I enjoy being around on the forums and being a member of the community, as well as helping out when it is needed with anything. I like to consider myself confident, and one who won't take anything from anyone due to my background in life.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum):
I wish to join the forum team because when I was apart of the team it was an amazingly close and tight-knit little community in its own. I want to be able to help the team I worked with once again, even if I am not at the position I used to be at, as well as assist them in anything they might need, even though I know they don't need help because they are Revivals best team.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum):
I can bring my previous knowledge to the forum staff team, being there for questions anyone might have, assisting others in their small problems and taking care of the little issues that the team may not have time for. Not to mention a relaxed and friendly attitude that can be shared with the rest of the team and spread on to the rest of the Revival Community in a whole. I can also bring a little more activity here and there as the team has of recent, been put under a lot of stress and harsh issues.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum):
I should be picked over other applicants because of my previous experience and the knowledge that I have because of said previous experience. Knowing how to handle situations and deal with others within the community on their issues and disagreements. Also the ability to talk to the other memebers of the team easily and alert the higher staff to any current problems that might be going on when they are not around.
Do you staff on any other servers?:

How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically):
Daily, hours are unknown due to having a life, but daily.
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes):

Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended)
I would tell both parties to cease their arguing and tell them to bring it into their DM's, as well as alert higher forum staff just in case there is something that I am unable to handle that comes up. Additionally, I would do my best to do some detective work and find out exactly what the problem is, allowing me to better end the fighting should they not take it to their DM's where it belongs.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended)
I would call out the original poster on their heavy use of profanity, asking them to please go back and edit their original post and make it more, safe for the eyes and not as much as a brain-sore. Should they refuse I would ask a higher position to either lock the thread, or get permissions to delete the thread from view until they make a safer version of their thread.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended)
I would again call out this person, tell them that what they are doing is unbecoming of their position, and bring up the rule about not using shoutbox when under the influence, should they be. However, should they stop i would prune the shoutbox, and then respectfully request that they would stop being rude as well as warn them. Should they continue, get permission to ban them from the shoutbox for a few hours and apply another warn.
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended)
If someone was being harassed on the forums for any reason at all I would immediately move to the conversation and tell the harasser to stop what they are doing and warn them for inappropriate behavior, as well as a second verbal warning. Should this person continue, and if they were, to come after me I would then issue a second warning and ask my higher staff to please assist me in this issue as the person in question is not only breaking rules but also being incredibly rude and inappropriate.
