2. Must be able to enforce forum rules to the ‘T’
3. Must not be biased towards any player(s)
4. Must not be staff on more than one server or Team Speak (unless given permission by an owner)

Have you ever been banned from the Shout Box or forums, and have you been warned for anything on the forums?: Not that I know of...
Tell us about yourself (1 paragraph minimum): Uhhh.... I am 18, almost 19. I have been with Revival pretty much since its start and I have held almost every Upper Management position known to Revival. (FM, TM, EL, Director, ND and TS HA) so I know my way around Revival and I have too much experience with Xenforo and its design/functions.
Why do you wish to join the forum staff team? (50 words minimum): Short terms: Why not? To be honest though, it fits into my school schedule and I can check it either in class or while waiting for class to start, and I feel like FS can use some more experience. I also wish to join it because I know how well the team gets along and works together.
What can you bring to the Forum Staff? (80 words minimum): This isn't gonna be 80 words, I can tell you that already. I have far more experience than any other Forum Staff besides MAYBE Doc, I have an extensive knowledge of Xenforo and its moderation tools, I know the Forum Rules to a decent extent since Doc and I are literally the ones that wrote them, and I don't have time for BS. I can also bring my sarcastic remarks, my calm, level head and many other traits that I am known for, minus the sassy part of me.
Why should you be picked over other applicants? (80 words minimum): Well, I should be picked not only because I am the only applicant at the time of REVISING this, but because of the fact I know what I am doing and I wont shy away from yelling at people, as I used to be Director and the only one I could not yell at was William. I will still do that, as Hazard and I yell at each other constantly, and Onyx takes constructive criticism very well.
Do you staff on any other servers?: I am the TeamSpeak Manager
How active will you be on the forums? (Realistically): About every night of the week, and during the day at times Tuesday and Thursday
Do you go to school/college/university? (For activity purposes): College; Tues: 9-11:30, 12:30-1:45, 2-3:15 Thursday is the same schedule with the exception of 9-11:30 not being there
How active will you be on the community’s TS?: Again, TS Manager. Kinda have to be active

Situational questions:
1. You get on the forums to find out two sides arguing and fighting over something that really isn't clear what it may be what do you do? (50 words recommended) I would tell them to take it to direct messages, and/or ask them what it is they were fighting about, and if it was just a joke, I would ask them to not do it again, and to instead Direct message each other.
2. You are looking through a few threads and find some non-SFW (Safe for Work) words used in a post, what do you do? (Normal Swearing is OK I mean harsh profanity) (50word recommended) If I saw harsh profanity used in a thread, I would soft delete the thread after quoting it and asking them to use nicer language, then warn them for using vulgar language, depending on the severity.
3. If you are also staff for a server as a mod and the SM is being verbally abusive to people in the shoutbox using racial slurs and calling them any sort of unpleasant names, what would you do? (50 word recommended) I would tell the manager to calm down, and to stop verbally abusing people before he/she gets banned from the Shoutbox, and then issue a warn for verbal abuse. If they retaliate server-side by removing me from Mod, I would file a complaint with a Director (which I used to be...)
4. What would you do if someone (player/staff and/or yourself) is being harassed on the forums? (80 word recommended) If a player is being harassed, I would tell the harasser to stop talking to that player or severe punishments may follow, and I would warn said wrongdoer for Harassment of a User. If a staff member was being harassed, I would do the same thing, but I would ask the staff member to not retaliate in-game, as that is a form of abuse. If I was being harassed, I would generally ignore it because I am used it from all my previous ranks, but I would ask another staff member to deal with it if it got out of hand.
