A fan of both the halo games and lore and a player slowly getting back into Gmod. I’m a coder doing freelance work as well as going to school. Many of my friends on steam mistake me for white but really, I’m Dominican (IRL people mistake for being black). Really, I don’t care but its fun to see the shock in people when they find out what I really am.

To be honest, I expect everyone doing this application to have the same objectivity as me. Really the only thing I possibly have different from other people (hopefully) is time. I could ramble about how I’m responsible and that I’m reliable, and won’t let you down, and this, and that, but, really. If I’m Appling for staff wouldn’t that all come with the job anyway? Why apply to something if the basics can’t be met am I right? I digress. Point is, you want night staff, you got night staff.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):
I heard that the server needed night staff so with both me being the New ODST Commander and having more time now. I plan to not only staff the night but also provide ODSTs proper training and tryouts without the need to always call someone to help out. Like this I’m able to help the server in two ways with one job.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
Will, for one, the name, other then that I would I would have to say that while I haven’t had experience staffing a gmod server I have staffed for other games and in IRL. Games like ARMA 2 and 3 as well as in high school. I was both class president (2 years) and M.O.U.S.E squad, which is tech support for staff and tech staff. Yah, I don’t have gmod staffing experience, but if it’s the same, then no problem, if not, I would love to learn from my fellow staff members.

Explain what minging is: minging has many definitions but the two most used is for a new player (new to server or gmod) or to describe the actions of a person disrespecting server rules ( kind of like a troll, but, not out right breaking said rules).
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): A player uses OOC to laugh at another players expense.after being warned and acknowledging the warning, they later continue. A kick will be in place for they have already been warned.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP or Fail Role play, is when a player(s) use meta information (ahead of current time line or using information in OOC or "secured COMS") or preform an action not aligned with the server's Universe or limits. Such as; healing someone with magic. Being able to fly with a means of propulsion(nocliping while not invisible), reading minds, "Goding" in a event, Talking about a show in IRL while IC, etc.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): A player takes it upon themself during an event to use OOC information or "secured COMS" information to find the location of an event character or hostage and tell his teammates that he has found them without giving a reason as to how ( or at least a believable or RP reason) . tell every one to Void the plays statement and give a warning to said player of interest and if it continues they will be kicked.

Instead of calling staff he kills the player to get by him. The player(A) will be asked why he killed the other player(B) and if a reason is not given or no conclusive the player(A) will be kicked.

They both argue and push it to IC as if it was an issue in for their characters.
