Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): Well I am just a guy from Canada who enjoys playing video games. They have been a passion of mine for the last 12 years of my life and it has been a great way for me to entertain myself. I really enjoy playing music, making music and songs and I have 2 jobs total. I am in a band with some friends that we make some money on the side and my other job I work is a retail store that sells sports related things.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): I have been on Halo RP for about a month and a half coming up to two months, so playtime I would say around a week.

Experience with staffing (ULX, other servers, etc.(Please Explain (What Servers etc)): Well I have been a SCP senior admin about a year ago now maybe a bit longer. I have been a server manager for a couple Deathrun, TTT servers as well as a DarkRP server. After that I transitioned into more RP related things while being a Starwars RP head admin. I started staffing about 4 years ago now.

How will your activity be on the server?: For every week I can be on for about 3-4 days depending on how much work is calling me in. Sometimes I will be able to get on up to 6 days a week but that's as much as I can.
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): Every second Tuesday, every Wednesday, every Thursday I can be on from about 2pm PST to about 11 PST, Friday through mondays is usually when I work in the mornings or I have a gig somewhere but I can get on from 1pm-4pm PST and then when I get back maybe 8pm-11pm PST.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I believe that I would be a better candidate than the others due to my years of staffing experience, being able to deal with other users minging and not getting too stressed out due to how overwhelming the ticket system can get. I have had much experience leading a staff team and seeing the server thrived and everyone was happy. I am not a biased person and like to take in the view of both parties before dealing with a punishment and I usually understand how severe a punishment should be.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to benefit the server by taking sits, whitelisting people to their own jobs, dealing with RDM and minges. I am not the type to sit back and watch chaos unfold on the server, I like to see everyone being able to do what they please without the issue of a minge or someone mass rdming messing up their roleplay experience. I mean that's what this server is made for, giving people the option to be something they aren't and have them experience that properly.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): The reason I stand out from others is because I have numerous amounts of staffing experience. I am not that scary of a guy and I would like to believe that it would be easy for a new player to come up to me and ask questions. I am not one to lose my temper over silly things and I know how to take this role seriously.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Say for example that a SoS Grunt comes up to a bunch of ONI and starts hitting them with their climb swep and start calling them names. I would give the grunt a verbal warning to stop, if he continues then I would give him a in game warning, if he continued then I would give them a kick, and if they come back and continue it would result in a day ban.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If a player learns some information that they aren't supposed to know either from OOC or from teamspeak and begins telling everybody about it, I would warn and tell them to stop, if they continued then it would be a kick, if this is a reoccurring thing then it would result in a ban/

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I would try to figure out the reasoning first. If the player kills only one player for no reason I would give them a warn, if its 2-3 it would be a kick and if it was 4+ then it would be a ban.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is basically being a minge. It's when they don't plan on playing the server properly and break the rules so they can have an enjoyable time without regard to the others.

If they were minging or failrping in a minor way then I would only give a warn but if it was mass RDM then I would immediately ban them. If they started to insult people and making multiple tickets then I would give a warn and if it continued then it could lead to a ban.

OOC: OOC means out of character and it's when people talk about things that have nothing to do with the actual roleplay. For example someone starts talking about their day at work or a upcoming birthday in real life.
IC: IC means in character and it's when people talk as if they are their character in game. For example a sergeants giving orders to the privates.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): If they were fighting in OOC I would give them both a verbal warning and tell them to take it to the DM's but if it was IC and it was apart of their roleplay then I would allow it.
