Any info we should know about you(Something that may effect staffing): I can be busy during the day. Also, I will be taking an extended LOA from Revival in a few months as I am going to basic training.

Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I am a very committed and serious roleplayer (however, I am not averse to fun at all nor do I take things too seriously) and am dedicated to seeing the groups I partake in on the server grow. My friends on the server can all attest to this. I am very compassionate and enjoy helping people; I also do not have problems with authority and am able to follow orders. However, I have no problem giving suggestions or criticism when warranted, for the betterment of all.

How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): Roughly 2 months.

Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: No and no.

How will your activity be on the server? I will be on almost every day before and after my LOA, for several hours during the day and night.

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): I am motivated out of pure concern for the under staffing I see on the server; every day I see people needing help from staff (including myself) and not being able to get it because staff are busy. I do not have any motivations of personal gain or ladder-climbing and I can promise you 110% dedication within my ability. I want to see the server grow and improve, and I want to take an active role in that effort instead of just sitting on the sidelines.

How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I plan to be as active as possible to help as many people as I can when I am online and assist the upper staff however I can. I also hope to use my position to voice suggestions and concerns from the player base as a sort of liaison between staff and players, so that there is better and more direct communication. If there is something asked of me to help, and it is within my power, rest assured I will complete the task to the best of my ability.

Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):
I am dedicated, hardworking, and compassionate towards the needs of both the player and the server. Nothing would satisfy me more to see Revival become an even greater RP server as a result of my own efforts. I have both the utmost respect for the people who keep this server going and the motivation of the player base to chisel this server to perfection, and to that end I will try my hardest to be a stellar example of a staff member.

1. mute-Removes the target's chat privileges.

Explain what minging is: Players, often new, who refuse to RP and act seriously and disrupt other players' experiences with disruptive behavior.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Small offenses, like a player saying stupid things or moving around erratically would be dealt with with a warning. Repeat offenders would be warned and then kicked if they continue to not heed the warning. If they come back and keep doing it, a temporary ban for 1-3 days saying "Come back when you're ready to RP" and the reason for ban would be issued.

Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is roleplaying an action that your character would never do, realistically speaking. If your character does something not believable by their standards or by reality, it is FailRP.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If a player is FailRPing-let's say a fresh new Marine is saying /me chokes you out with a ninja move to a Spartan-I would warn them to stop and void the action. If, after more than one warning they continue, I would kick them, and issue a tempban of 1-3 days if they still do not cease the FailRP after the kick. Essentially the same treatment as with minges.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM (Random Death Match) is when someone kills another player without proper IC and/or OOC reasons and obviously without that player's consent.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): One Zulu Marine guns down another in bunks because he thinks it's funny. I would kick him for RDM and threaten to tempban if he comes back and does it again; if he does, I would follow up with that ban. The severity of the ban depends on the severity of the RDM.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is the intentional provocation of other players online for comedic purposes. A troll creates chaos and baits other players into anger for his/her own amusement.

Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If someone is trolling people, verbally or otherwise-let's say he's going around insulting people's names while playing loud music from his mic-I will initially warn him verbally and kick him if he continues. I will issue a tempban if he returns and keeps trolling.

Explain what OOC and IC is(Give a situation in detail):
OOC: OOC is Out of Character-for example, discussing recent server changes in chat
IC: IC is In Character-roleplay dialogue and actions.

What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): Two players are arguing over which of their units is better OOC and it becomes a petty rivalry IC where both players seek acts of "revenge" against each other and their respective units. To moderate this situation, I would hear both sides of the argument and warn them both to stop fighting IC and keep OOC disagreements off server and without malicious content. If they both continue I would kick them both, if only one did I would kick him. Persistence after being kicked would result in a tempban.
