1. No racism, hate speech or otherwise toxicity towards players - Don't be racist or any other kind of nasty to other players
2. No ERP - Don't do anything erotic in any form. It's not tolerated at all
3. No Hacking/Exploiting - Using 3rd party apps such as aim bot or walls. It will result in a permanent ban
4. No Baiting - Don't provoke someone to purposely get a negative reaction out of them
5. Must be 13 or older - Cannot be under the age of 13 and play on the server (Kinda self explanatory)
Name 5 IC Rules stated on the Rules Mega Doc and explain the meaning of them -
1. Names must be realistic names. Can't be anything like Ben Dover or Dixon Cider. Codenames are only allowed for SF units
2. Cannot have similar names such as John Sr and John Jr especially after a PK
3. Do not bait people ICly to purposely get them PK'd
4. If you are cuffed you may npt /me out of them, you can only get out by breaking out of them by clicking or if another player lets you out of them. You also may not /me cuffs another player, cuffs are there for a reason.
5. You must wait 1 day before leaving a faction you just joined unless it is a starting faction.

I, BREATHL3SS, have acknowledged that I have read the constitution for Revival Servers at http://revivalservers.com/constitution/ and fully understand how to abide by the rules
I, BREATHL3SS, Swear to uphold the server rules, and enforce them. And to stay within the limits and rights given to me by my assigned rank within Staff. And to keep a calm head and clear judgment when dealing with staff and or players, in order to ensure fairness to all who join the server.
And that if I BREATHL3SS am found in violation of the rules I swore to uphold, and of this contract that I can and will be removed from Staff and forever barred from Re-Applying, along with any other Consequences that are deemed necessary.
And that I BREATHL3SS also will not under any Circumstance for whatever reason Retaliate against a player, Staff or this server, or the Community and any servers within it's domain for my own or someone else's feelings, or revenge.
I BREATHL3SS Acknowledge that this app may be denied or approved for a number of reasons. And that I will not retaliate if denied, and if accepted I will not flaunt it around in other's faces, that I will remain calm and cool-headed.
