Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less):I’m 14 years old, I live in Chile, a country in South America, I’m currently doing my 9th grade in school. I like playing games, watching Netflix/other media series, I also like reading comics and books and I listen to music, I’m loyal to the ones close to me and I will trust them as they will trust me, the game that I most play at the time is Garry’s mod, since I like what the community has been able to do.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days):03weeks, 4 days, 9hrs and 8 minutes (current time as i make this app).

-How will your activity be on the server?: I play when i can, and if i can’t be on a certain day I’ll make sure to tell someone.

I mostly play Mondays, sometimes Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, Depends on the day, but mostly at 3PM EST or 5-6PM EST.

-Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less):I take the job of staff very serious, I will respond to any ticket, if my ranks lets me, I will not minge, no matter what, I have some experience as staff so I know what I’m doing, i I learn from my errors and I make sure that my job is done well, I listen to both sides of the story before making a final say, I also make sure rules are being followed and I listen to my higher ups.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less):I will help the player base and the staff team as much as I can, making sure everyone is alright (question and whitelist wise), I will perform my job as asked and I will respond to tickets and make sure whoever made it is satisfied with my job, If a staff I need, I’ll become on duty and answer the call/ticket.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less):I do my job as requested, making sure rules are followed, If I have to go to a sit, I’ll make sure the “Minge/Troll/RDMer” gets his punishment, I also like helping out people with what I’m able to, so if I’m asked a question that I can respond and that I know I will respond.

2.!cloak- This command cloaks the person who used it.
3.!god-This command “gods” who ever used it, making him/her unkillable”
4.!buddha-This command lets someone's stay alive whenever they are at 1 health, making them invincible.
5.!give- You can give a weapon/swep to someone when used.

Explain what minging is:Minging is when someone is breaking rules and making everyone have a bad time by:Yelling at their mics, annoying people or not following orders at all.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail):I will first go to the accused player and tell him/her to stop minging, and that that was his/her warning, after that i’ll keep and eye on said player, if he keeps doing that, a kick will be issued.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is when someone breaks the lore/RP by changing his name to (for example)”Master Chief” or self proclaiming being a certain role that he isn’t.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): I will tell said person to stop whatever “FailRP” he is doing, then, if i keep getting reports i will proceed to kick him for failrp and not listening to staff.

Explain what RDM is in detail:RDM or Random Death Match, is when a player kills another player without being in a sim or PK’ing the player (Only certain player can PK), an example would be PVT A kill PVT B with a BR on bunks.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail):I will go to the RDM’er, freeze him and call for witnesses, if the witnesses say that he indeed RDM’ed someone, i will then kick the accused.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is when someone decides to do not follow the rules, RDM or just not being serious at all, also, they can be Streaming and raiding a server.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If i get multiple reports i will go to said person and tell him to start following rules and to be serious, if not he will be kicked, then i will look at him closely and if he keeps doing so, i will kick him.

OOC:OOC or Out of Character is when you are talking or doing something out of the rp, e.x: PVT A: OOC, I have to go do something IRL.
IC:IC or In Character is when the player is talking in RP, e.x SGT C: *comms* We have spotted the enemy compound about 2km away from our current position.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail):I will do an admin sit, telling them to stop, as OOC is OOC and it cannot be bringed into IC, since the “fight” is purely OOC, also i will tell them that instead of fighting, they should just talk it out.
