Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I've recently come back from a year long "hiatus" to PC, having bought a new desktop. I started by playing Arma and then I got curious one day and started to look for Halo RP servers on Garry's Mod, which is how I found Revival. This server is basically the only Halo RP server that I've been for the past month, with me having donated recently.
How Long Have You Been On The Server?(Min 5 Days): Around a month.
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: I'm not a minge, although I was kicked once for RDMing, as mentioned above

How will your activity be on the server? I'll be quite active, as I've been for the past month
Days,Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 weeks without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): As of right now, I'll be active most days of the week, although that might change in the near future. I'm mostly active from 1400 GMT to around 0200 GMT, depending on how tired I feel. (2pm to around 2am or more, depending on how I'm feeling in what comes to fatigue, not laziness)

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Having applied for staff, I believe that i will be able to fullfill my duties as they're meant to be, not being biased in any situation (either it be minging or something way more serious than that). I will try to prove that I'm worthy of this title by helping recruits in training, promotion and whitelisting. I will talk to the leaders of all branches to understand their concerns, listen to their ideas and, if possible, I will try and help them. if not, I will report their issues to staff so said members can be helped by a higher up.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): I'd most likely take pictures either of events, group photos or just some map screenshots so they could be used as propaganda (if I had acces to the camera). I would also do some modeling, either be it inside of the base to make it feel more "alive" or outside. I would also spawn hostiles for patrols when asked to by the patrol leader, just so patrols don't become a chore, becoming something fun to do.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): I try to make sure that I leave a job well done, not leaving any loose ends. I'm quite sociable once you get to know me, which is a huge plus when one has to deal with more serious situations. i will try to be as gentle as possible when i see someone in distress, not anting them to panic over something minor.

Explain what minging is: Minging is when a user acts out of conduct, being a general hassle to the server's population. This can come in many forms such as purposeful RDM, toxicity and being an all around asshole to the server's population.
Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): start, I would teleport myself to the user in question and freeze them in place. i would then give a verbal warning and let them go. If they continued, I'd kick them and, if they continued after that, said user would recieve a one day ban, with further punishment being up to higher staff.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is when someone does not follow rp rules, with this being shown in the forms of RDM, Metagaming or constant OOCing when in an IC situation. Metagaming is also considered FailRP by some, seeing that one's basically turning situations into their own favor without consent of others.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Seeing that FailRP can be considered to be a worser situation than minging, I would most likely teleport myself to the user question, freeze him, tell him what he did and then kick him. If said user FailRPed again, he would be banned for a day, with further punishment being decided by upper staff.

OOC: Also known as Out Of Character, it's when a person does certain actions that are not RP related, such as having a conversation with other members about real life topics.
IC: Also known as In Character, it's when someone does actions that are RP related, such as training, tryouts, patrols, missions, drills and many other things.
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give situation in detail): First, I would try to separate the members (let's pretend that someone took an OOC situation into character and PKd someone). Then, I would listen to both sides before making a judgement. Both parties would recieve a verbal warning and if, let's pretend, one of the parties kept on going, said user(s) would be kicked with the situation being brought up to higher staff.
