Tell us About Your-self(60+ Words, No Less): I'm a 15-year-old Scotsman turning 16 in 3 months and will apply for a part-time job when I turn 16. I study Politics and Journalism but I'm also good in other subjects like Computing Science and English. I like to play on HaloRP and generally online as a side hobby. I've been on Revival for about almost two years now.
How Long Have You Been On The Server? (Min 5 Days): I've been playing halo RP for about two months now. I use to play it back in December 2018 though I was a Pfc in Bullfrog.
Are you a minge or have been caught in acts of mingery?: I have not minged on the server.

How will your activity be on the server? I can be very active on the server doing about 2-4 hours or more a day.
Days, Hours Of Availability(If you go inactive, for 1 week without LOA or letting someone know anything, you can and will be removed from staff): I'm reachable 7 days a week. Times you will definitely be able to reach me are from 16:00 GMT to 20:00 GMT and on Friday-Saturday (I don't play all day I'll hop on later but if needed on early I can hop on) Although might not be available if complications happen (Such as going out with friends or other stuff.)

Explain why you're a better candidate than other candidates (75+ words, No Less): Well, I have wells of experience in staffing. I can be reliable for early hours where staff might not be on and people are RDMing. I'm dedicated at my job and request nothing less and total success. Although I can be stubborn I like to stick up for my opinion although I do not like to fight rather, debate. I also put the experience of the player in the sit over everything else I want the players in the sit to feel like they have an opinion and a say in my sits and I want them to enjoy the experience.
How do you plan to benefit the server? (60+ words, No Less): Well, I would be an active staff with former experience. I can also bring new and innovative views to the server that will help shape it. I can multi-task sits and organise them by priority such as an RDM sit over a FailRP sit. I'm also already well pretty known on the server and I don't have any bias for people.eady well known on the server.
Explain why you stand out from others (50+ words, No Less): Well I'm more memorable than other people due to my accent and my general personality I'm extroverted I like to meet new people. I won't only punish players but help them learn like if someone called SoS Covenant and shot them. I would warn them but I'd also tell them in a calm fashion what they did wrong and what the right way to do it is.

1. !freeze - Freeze's the player in place make's it so they cannot move, shoot or look around can be used if someone is RDMing.
2. !hp - Set's the player's hp to the entered value example !hp Player 300
3. !model - Set's the player as said modelled entered like modelling an Exodus to the Spartan whitelist.
4. !cloak - Make's player see through depending on value entered example !cloak ^ 0 or !cloak ^ 25 setting it to 0 make's the player invisible but you are a little bit visible setting it to 25 would make the player semi-see through but you could still see them quite clearly.
5. !noclip - Nocollides the player with the rest of the world and lets them float/fly used for when on duty.

Give one example of how you would deal with minging as staff(Give a situation in detail): Let's say it's a group of marines just running around base firing their MA5B's into the floor and it got the point it's a staff issue. I would first give them a verbal warning and tell them how they're minging and that the server is a serious rp server and how they should act. If they do it again I'd take them to a sit room and warn them and if they minge again I'd kick them from the server and if they continue to minge after joining back I'd ban them.
Explain what FailRP is in detail: FailRP is the act of doing an activity that you cannot do in rp, for example, going towards an SoS as a Marine and doing /me Take's energy sword while the SoS has it out.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): Let's say a Marine tries to take a Spartan's weapon while it's on maglock and demand he drop it for him I would take the man FailRPing to a sit room and explain to him how he was failRPing and would warn him and return him. If he did it again I'd kick him for fail rp then if he does it a third time I'd ban him for failrp.

Explain what RDM is in detail: RDM means Random Death Match it is the act of walking up to someone and gunning them down for no rp reason.
Give one example and how you would deal with it As Staff(Give a Situation in Detail): If it's normal RDM such as a Marine shooting another marine for no reason or for a bad rp reason (e.g. calling him a dumbass) I'd bring and jail the person explain to them that RDM is against the rules and ban them for RDM. If it's a Marine mass RDMing during a Debrief I'd freeze the person and bring them to the sit room and explain to them Mass RDM is against the rules and then ban them. If it's a Marine attempt RDMing a Spartan I'd jail them and bring them to tell them that Attempt RDM is against the rules and warn them if they do it again instant ban.

Explain what Trolling is in detail: Trolling is when you purposely try to be annoying/nuisance to get a reaction out of people. Minging/Trolling can be seen as the same thing.

I would first like minging give them a verbal and that trolling is not allowed on the server to stop if they continue it would lead to a warning if they continue I would bring them to a sit room and warn them and return them if they continue it would lead to a kick then ban if they do it again.

OOC: OOC is out of character it is what you use to talk about things in real life or things your character wouldn't know Example: // Hey that was a cool event.
IC: IC is in character anything you say is what your character is saying and you can only talk about things you know/things relevant to the rp situation so you can't talk about irl or anything like that. Example: UNSCMC Pvt Havard: "Hey that's a pretty shiny MA5B how often do you clean it?"
What would you do if two people were fighting in OOC matters and it turned into IC matters (Give a situation in detail): Let's say Marine and Army are fighting in OOC saying one branch is better than the other then it devolves into an IC situation and becomes a problem for the staff. I would bring both parties to a sit room and hear both sides of the story I'd explain to them that it is a petty thing to fight about and that both branches are great and have unique playstyles and benefits. If that stops it I'd let them off with a verbal if they continue fighting I'd warn them both and if it continues they'd both get a kick then a ban if it devolves that far.
