I'm an avid gamer and geek, a lore buff fore all things scifi - Halo included - and have been roleplaying for the past 15-ish years of my life. I've worked as staff and GM both on various gmod servers, and spend my time on the server or other games depending on population counts. I'm firm on rule enforcement, but understand mistakes happen, and I take my roles seriously - I never would take advantage of roles given, as it goes against who I am.

As active as I am now pending some life changes, and then it will still be at least 3-5 hours a day minimum even during weekdays.

I've had over a decade of experience in administration, ranging from small forum-based communities on up to a community of over 10,000 active members. I've got the temperance to handle volatile situations, talk down tense situations, and the understanding that mistakes are sometimes just mistakes - I tend to take a softer approach to administration, with the idea of rehabilitation, not punishment, as the purpose behind a lot of what I do. I have no qualms with jumping into a tense situation and finding solutions, or even talking out situations that others might shy away from - I can and will do all I can to help as many people as I can, ranging from just players, on up to other staff.
I have no compunction about providing my advice or opinion on a situation, and will do what I can to assist those higher up than me, even if the advice I give may not be what they want to hear. I take the ideal of truth over ease, and will not hesitate to continue to hold to that ideal even in the face of hardship.
