How long have you played on the server?: About a day, was on several similar RP servers before.
Character's name/nicknames: Dasarin Neikous
Character's Race: Drell
Requested position aboard the ship: (PM)
Specific equipment, weaponry, gear, and/or abilities: M-12 Locust, Geth Plasma Shotgun, Biotic Charge, Pull, Warp
Character's alignments: Neutral Good. There should be law, but law isn't always right.
Character's Backstory: Broken fish tanks, threatened businessmen, saved officials, all a life of servitude and respect. Respect produced in the cultural, wholly symbiotic relationship between the Hanar and Drell known as The Compact. At the age of seven, the year 2161, Dasarin was taken in by the Hanar to be trained as a soldier for the Hanar. He was taken from his birth world, Kahje, and placed on Illium for preparation of serving his future Hanar master. Much of the combat training had to be pushed to later dates due to Dasarin's biotic potential only being viable with implants, which could only be put into the body after puberty. Even then, there was still some combat training, along with practices to torture, psychological tests, and information gathering.
It was at the age of fourteen that Dasarin could use viably offensive biotics, and it was pushed to the brink. His techniques were never to affect large groups of people. It was to pick them off, starting with the biggest simulated threats and officials, and working his way down with weaponry. He was proud to serve the Hanar, and his master, Abathyl, a renowned scholar on Protheans and the Enkindler religion.
Eighteen years of age, Dasarin was at the beck and call of Abathyl. Several cutthroat businessmen of Illium wanted to sink their claws a little deeper in the transportation of Prothean technology and all the credits to profit from it. Abathyl was in their way. Dasarin was no assassin like other Drell. He was a bodyguard, and with other diverse members of Abathyl's protection, he became a soldier in several late-night raids on Abathyl's skyscrapers, shooting down mercs when his biotic abilities were spent. He always made the advance with his team, breaking down durable sliding doors, holding lines, and keeping Abathyl's work safe. But he wasn't immortal, barriers breaking down, bullets going through him, even surviving two punches to the gut by a Krogan. Albeit, survival there was rough.
Dasarin had little time for a personal life, and Enkindler beliefs mixed with Drell spirituality was always confusing. He preferred to focus on the militaristic life of following and protecting Abathyl. Illium was still a dangerous place. Abathyl was a demanding master. Dasarin was the one to spearhead attacks against Abathyl's competition. While no representatives and workers were harmed, the same couldn't be said for mercenaries. Even then, Dasarin tried to make it to a point that the mercenaries didn't have to die, just disabled. If they did die, no tears were shed.
When the Reapers invaded, Dasarin was offered to the Alliance forces that helped protect colonies from hostile forces, be they Heretic Geth, Cerberus, Reapers, or Orbis' military. As effective as he was with being an upfront fighter, he still wasn't immortal. With the destruction of technology across the galaxy, Abathyl had died on Illium when a Reaper transport dropped onto him and his facility. Dasarin had no master to serve except the military he was fighting for. But the enemy was always one step ahead, always more advanced, and some fights took a toll on him with some rounds through his chest and stomach, a few cuts and stabs from Phantoms, being slapped about by Praetorians. Thank the humans for medi-gel. Heretic Geth had a plethora of useful weapons to use when they were finally dropped. Dasarin took up one of their shotguns to do a bit more meaty combat in future skirmishes against mercenaries or terrorists.
With Orbis defeated, the Reapers destroyed, Cerberus needing a breather while it takes in Cat-6, and Geth-Quarian relations being more friendly, Dasarin turns to private militaries. With few companies to hire him, every world needing repairing, Dasarin attempts to stick to his combat filled life, turning to Luda Corporation for work. It wasn't sadism or slaughter to guide him, it was his life as a biotic combatant and just addressing the call. He was raised for this and it is all he wishes to do now.
What is your character's goal aboard the ship?: Continuing a military based life, taking rounds and breaching areas for his fellow brothers in arms, and exploring the spirituality of the Drell's "Body and Soul" concept in his spare time.
Why were they hired by PTFC? : Dasarin is quick on the field, a great combatant to hold the line with resourceful biotic combos and expensive weaponry, and loyal down to the wiry reptilian muscle.
